投影機光機模組的電磁干擾模擬與量測分析

摘要


以往的投影機大台,且笨重,對EMC而言相對的好處其裡面的空間夠大,電氣方面可以有效的隔離,或是遮蔽,但現今搭配DLP晶片投影機,因可以做到輕薄短小,但裡面的空間相對的擁擠,而針對EMC方面,電氣零件會因過度靠近,而使得磁場會互相耦合,造成EMC會無法符合國際標準,造成EMC不穩定,其影響出貨品質,所以現今在針對DLP投影機的EMC問題,受到電氣工程師重視與探討。 本論文之目的在於針對DLP投影機之光機模組進行EMI實際測試,找尋EMI對策讓投影機光機模組能夠在測試過程中達到國際法規。且用模擬軟體進行模擬整體光機模型的電場與遠場,這樣可讓設計工程師在電場與遠場的分析下,來瞭解光機模組的磁場能量分佈。再與實際對策比對、分析其模擬結果與實際量測是否有一致性。 在模擬的結果可讓設計工程師先瞭解整個硬體架構的磁場分佈,在硬體佈局時可避開硬體與硬體間的磁場藕合。

Projector’s quality and stability expectation has increased accordingly with the increase of market share and shipment quantity. Therefore, engineering studies are performed to enhance Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)'s stability in projector. Traditional projector is bulk and heavy, which is good for EMC because its spacious condition enables effective isolation and shielding. EMC has become a problem for DLP projectors because of its limitation in space. The smaller the projector, the nearer the components, which causes EMC to be unstable and would eventually affect the projector's quality. DLP projector's EMC problem has always been a highly discussed topic among electrical engineers. The purpose of this thesis is aimed at physical EMI test of Optical Engine module of DLP projector to search EMI solution, and lets the Optical Engine module of DLP project to be complied with the internal regulations during the period of testing. In this thesis, we also use the simulation software to simulate the entire electric field and far field of this Optical Engine module. The design engineer could base on the analysis of electric field and far field to understand the electromagnetic distribution of the Optical Engine module. Then we could analyze and compare the compatibility and relationship between the physical countermeasure and simulated result. The simulation result could help design engineer earlier to understand the electromagnetic distribution of the whole hardware configuration, and design engineer could utilize this simulation information to keep away the electromagnetic coupling between different hardware circuit.
