隨著經濟結構的改變,市場由獨佔變成寡佔,現今更是已轉趨為全面自由競爭,生產製造的方式則由過去的賣方市場,轉而為今日的買方市場。此外,由於顧客價值導向的興起,使得在商品的市場策略必需朝向快速化、多樣化、個別化、客製化的需求,並以物美價廉來滿足顧客。在此競爭激烈全球化經營的環境中,企業必須有著比其他公司更具有彈性的交期和速度,才能在如此嚴苛的環境中站穩。 基於此一動機,本研究結合相關的文獻,藉由本身親自參與公司物流改善推動的經驗與相關學術論著及文獻加以整合研究,提出『對於JIT生產看板系統裡中心廠與協力廠間的關聯性及其活動系統架構』將推動的實務作法與流程以及導入的順序與優劣,提供給業界先進參考。 本研究也利用汽車母廠實例來佐證新JIT生產模式的效果,不管是在庫低減、生產排程、欠料、異常低減等都有明顯的效果,值得產業界參考應用。 關鍵字:看板生產、拉式生產、推式生產、平準化、舊JIT生產方式、新JIT生產方式(E-KanBan+SPS)
The structure of economic has already switched from monopoly to partial monopoly. Now, it already becomes a free trade market. The production way is from seller market to buyer market. Besides, the marketing strategies is based on customers’ value, it needs to provide fast delivery, variety, individualism, customization, and best quality and cheapest price to satisfy their customers. In this globalization of competitive market, the enterprise needs to be flexible on their delivery. This study is based on this perspective and includes the literatures and practical experiences of logistics improvement and analyze, illustrates the JIT Production KANBAN System for Center-satellite System relation and the way of construction and operation of this system beneficial result. It’s worth to offer to the related industry reference. This study also uses the case study to explain the efficiency of JIT production model, including stocks reduced, production arrangement, parts shortage and production unusual the approaches display obvious benefits. This study is beneficial of the related industry for their reference.
