如何建構成型工程之混合生產方式 —以汽車產業為例

摘要


隨著產業結構之急速改變及國際競爭壓力日益增大,台灣產業面臨結構轉型及技術提升之瓶頸,產品的競爭趨勢已逐漸走向小批量、多樣化、短交期的需求,如何加速提升產業競爭力、快速反應市場需求、提供高滿意度之客戶服務,以及建構低成本、高品質、短交期的可柔軟的生產方式,以增加全球化之競爭優勢,已成為台灣產業面對21世紀之重要課題。 基於此一動機,本研究結合相關的文獻及豐田生產方式與計畫性生產的差異分析,佐以在產業實務運作的經驗,整理分析出新式混合生產方式,以對應舊混合生產方式與混合生產線各種產品之生產特性差異,進一步解決現有指示生產、看板生產與混合式生產的問題。 本研究也以汽車母廠實例來佐證新式混合生產模式的效果,也整理出適用的產品特性,不管在在庫低減、生產排程、欠料、異常低減、負荷改善等都有明顯效果,值得產業界參考應用。 關鍵字:指示生產、看板生產、混合式生產方式、拉式生產、推式生產、平準化生產、新混合生產方式

The structure of the vehicle industry had been fully changed and the challenges of international competition had been increasing. The structure of vehicle industry in Taiwan had constraints of modeling changes and techniques improvement, the production way had already focus on the demands in towards little quantity, variability and shortest lead-time. In order to improve the competitive advantages of industry, fast to react the market demand and provide the best satisfaction and service to customers, the way to achieve the lowest cost and highest quality and fast delivery the products already become one of the most important tasks in Taiwan in the 21st century. This paper is focus on this task and related to the Toyota production system and analyzes of production planning difference, including the practical experience and becomes a “new mixing production system.”In order to solve problems for old mixing production system and part production characteristic different from mixing production line, also fix the disadvantages of designation produces、Kanban Production and old mixing production. This study also illustrates the case study to clarify the efficiency of new mixing production system, including stocks reduced, production arrangement, parts shortage, production unusual and workload the approaches display obvious benefits. This study is beneficial of the related industry for their reference.
