本研究旨在探究桃園縣國民小學男女校長領導風格之現況。本研究採用文獻分析、問卷調查進行研究,以桃園縣公立國民小學校長及教師為研究對象,分析回收之有效問卷:校長問卷26份、教師問卷152份,獲得以下研究發現: 1.校長給予自己的人格特質有很高的評價,男性校長比女性校長肯定自己的人格特質。2.桃園縣國民小學教師知覺校長的領導風格為中高程度。3.桃園縣國民小學校長人格特質中的「嚴謹自律性」與「個人魅力」、「個別關懷」、「轉型領導」有顯著正相關。4.校長年齡、擔任校長年資,對於領導風格有顯著差異,但是校長性別、 性別角色、學歷,對校長領導風格無顯著差異。5.教師的年齡、最高學歷、擔任的職務、任教年資,對校長領導風格的知覺有顯著差異。本研究並針對研究發現在管理實務意涵進行討論。
The study objective is to research on the current state of elementary school principals’ leading styles in Taoyuan County. This study applied literary analysis and questionnaire to conduct research, the principals and teachers of Taoyuan County public elementary schools were selected as research targets, analyzed the effective questionnaires retrieved: 26 copies of principal questionnaires, 152 copies of teacher questionnaires, and obtained the following research findings: 1. Principals gave very high appraisals on self personality traits, male principals are more positive about self personality traits than female principals. 2. Elementary school teachers perceived principal leader style as mid-high level. 3. Among the personality traits of elementary school principals, "Conscientiousness", "Personal Charm and Charisma", "Individual Caring", and "Transformational Leadership" have significant positive correlation. 4. The age and seniority of principals have significant difference on leader styles, but the gender, gender role and academic background of principals have no significant difference on leader styles. 5. The age, highest academic background, position and seniority of teachers have significant difference on leader styles. This study also conducted discussion on the management practice meanings of research findings.
