摘要


企業面對全球市場激烈競爭,必需強化研究發展流程並快速回應市場及滿足客戶需求,方可在競爭環境中生存與茁壯。然而,在產品開發過程中,企業因研發流程過長、無法快速回應市場,致使銷售時機喪失或所設計之產品無法滿足客戶需求。    本論文研製之出發點,係因客製化的軟板其每單項產品的設計及應用需求皆為獨一無二,罕有雷同。對多數的軟板製造商而言,如何在產品開發初期快速且正確完成樣品並取得客戶認證,同時協助客戶取得市場商機及獲得最佳利潤,這些都是經營管理上的挑戰。原個案公司之舊有樣品開發流程以工程研發單位為主,其餘採購、製造、生技、品保、生產等非技術單位在前段開發時期未同步加入;導致轉入正式量產前之物料、設備、人力及生產製程能力等相關資訊在開發階段無預先分析準備,造成量產初期之交期及品質無法符合客戶需求。 本個案研究方式為重整軟板新產品開發作業流程,觀察並比較改善前後之整體開發時效及樣品提交後客戶之品質滿意度狀況。本研究目的為提出軟板產業之新產品開發最佳流程,探討影響客製化產品開發的關鍵因素,以提供相關產業參考。

When a company encounters the knee competition in today’s market, the strength of product development and the ability of time-to-market are reason to stay in business to grow the market share. However, because of the long new product developing cycle time or the products designed which are unable to meet with the customer’s expectation, a company will miss the market share and damage the credibility unfortunately. Flexible printed circuits, with unique tooling and bill of material, are “build to print” according to the different product application and performance. It is always a challenge for flexible circuitry producers to shorten the new product introducing cycle time and deliver the right product quality as well as get the quality approval within a limited time-frame. This study is to analyze and compare the effect of overall new product developing cycle time and the feedback of the customer satisfaction after re-engineering the new product development process. This thesis is aimed to introduce the most workable new product introduction process of the custom designed products, finding out the critical success factors, for the flexible printed circuit board products.
