摘要

早期台灣地區新建許多雙拼式公寓建築，隨著時代變遷，這些建築物設計多已不合時宜，一旦發生火災，常常造成重大人員傷亡及財物損失，因此舊式建築物火災的研究非常重要，以避免或減少類似災害之發生。
本研究是以三重市重新路五樓公寓火災為研究對象，此次火災為典型煙囪效應的火災，並利用美國NIST研發之「FDS」軟體來分析火場，以電腦模擬火場各種物理現象，它屬於場模式，適用於多重區間建築且能模擬火災的環境，並針對上層溫度、氣層高度及一氧化碳濃度的變化，探討相關參數對火災的影響，並利用這些資訊可以讓我們防範此類火災。

There are many fire accidents occurred in Taiwan，which often caused huge damage of life or property ，so the research in the building fire is really important.
This paper utilizes FDS field model simulation program to simulate the fire accident occurred in San-Chung city.This fire is a typical fire of stack effect. Computational method has been used to study the upper temperature distribution, gas layer height and concentration of CO in the fire site at the time of fire. And the result offers the information to prevent the fire happen.
