本論文旨在探討專案經理人社會智能、專案團隊互動過程對團隊溝通效能之影響。在現今快速、多變的經營環境下,企業為了使組織結構更有彈性,並希望透過合作使人力資源產生出更大效用,開始大量使用「專案團隊」的工作型態,因此團隊運作的成功與否,就影響了組織的生存與發展。而在專案團隊運作的過程中,團隊溝通效能更顯出其重要性。本論文以實際參與專案運作經驗人員為抽樣對象,以問卷方式驗證本研究所提出的研究架構。本論文之主要研究結果發現: (1)專案經理人社會智能對專案團隊互動過程中的社會支持、凝聚力和情感性衝突有顯著影響。(2)專案團隊互動過程中的社會支持、凝聚力和情感性衝突對團隊溝通效能有顯著影響。
This thesis is to study the effects of project manager’s social intelligence and project team’s interaction process on project team's communication efficiency. Due to the fast and changeable management environment, it is necessary to make the enterprises as flexible and organized as they can. In the meantime, people use project teams to incorporate human resources to accomplish work efficiently. Therefore, whether the team operates effectively affect the success of organizations. This study adopted survey methodology and the sample was from IS/IT project team members.The study has two main conclusions:(1) project manager’s social intelligence affects the team interactiom process of social support, cohesion and relational conflict (2) project team interaction process including social support, cohesion and relational conflict significantly affect the effectiveness of team communication.
