警務人員使用M-Police科技態度、人機介面與工作績效之研究-以桃園縣政府警察局為例

摘要


本研究希望透過警政署「M-Police行動警察建置案」,了解警務人員之科技態度與行動載具之人機介面優劣來探討對工作績效的影響,以及警務人員落實警務系統行動化電腦態度的現況,期望做為未來制定政策時的參考。 藉由文獻回顧與討論,本研究認為科技態度與人機介面優劣會影響工作績效。本研究以桃園縣政府警察局為研究對象,利用隨機抽樣回收450份有效問卷,得出研究結論如下: 一、科技態度對使用M-Police工作績效有顯著影響。 二、行動載具人機介面優劣對使用M-Police工作績效有顯著影響。 三、不同人口統計變項之員工在使用M-Police工作績效上會有顯著差異。 四、整體績效分析,在使用M-Police工作績效方面,工作績效隨使用時間增長而逐漸成長。 並提出以下三點建議: 一、加強警務人員之教育訓練,熟悉使用行動載具介面:建議擴大至全部層級,所有相關人員皆應接受教育訓練,熟悉行動載具之使用方式。 二、增購M-Police行動載具,以增加平均使用時數:配發行動載具數量,希望能達到外勤人員加強使用之目標。 三、加強使用M-Police行動載具,以提高破案率:建議警務人員於執行勤務時,能加強使用M-Police行動載具,以達到外勤人員加強使用之目標。

This research M-Police Establishment Motion by National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior to understand the interaction among attitude toward technology, human-computer interface and job performance for the use of M-Police device by the police. This reseach also tries to investigate the performance of the police service system on the mobile motion computer by different personal characteristics; finally, expected this will do good for the future policy making. After reviewing the literature review and the discussion, this research thought that the attitude toward technology and the human-computer interface fitness quality will all influence the job performances. This research takes the Taoyuan County Police Bureau as the subjects for the study. Random sampling analysis was employed and 450 effective samples are collected, drew the research conclusion as follows: 1.The Attitude toward technology for uses the M-Police job performances has remarkable influence. 2. The Human-computer interface of mobile motion fitness quality for use the M-Police job performances has the remarkable influence. 3. Different population statistic variables will have the remarkable variance for use the M-Police to the job performances. 4. The overall performance analysis using the M-Police job performance grows with the use of M-Police devices.
