本研究旨在探討陸軍專科學校士官長正規學員對士官正規班的學習滿意度,並採討學員們個人的變項與士官長正規班學習滿意度之關係,最後根據研究發現提出建議,希望能為學校提供未來士官長正規班整體規劃的參考依據。 為達上述研究的目的,本研究引用了大量的文獻探討與問卷調查方式為本研究的工具。首先蒐集相關先進國家軍事士官教育理論與制度之文獻,以及國內各相關軍事院校實施概況,陳述士官修教育與學習滿意度之意義,作為本研究的理論基礎及研究架構,再依據文獻資料、相關的研究及參考類似的問卷,彙整自編的『「精進士官制度」後士官幹部進修教育的學習滿意度研究』,經預試及正式問卷施測後,以陸軍專學校士官長正規班學員為問卷對象。使用敍述性統計、因素分析及信度之檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析及廻歸分析等統計方法分析蒐集的問卷資料,根據問卷分析的結果進行資料分析,並提出研究結果與建議如下: 一、學者的學習滿意度尚可。 二、問卷結果得分最高為「人際關係」,最低為「學習滿意度」 三、學習滿意度的高低,會受到學員的職務及兵(官)科的影響。 四、行政支援事項有待強化。 依研究結論,提出下列建議: 一、校方應編列相關應變預算,以強化教學設施的維護。 二、導入人力資源的評估技術,發展具體可行的知識與績效目標。 三、導入人力資源管理的前程管理的概念,使學員加了解和發展其自身的技能與興趣。
This study aimed to discuss the learning satisfaction level of the NCO students from the Army College, and examine the interconnection between the individual variables and the learning satisfaction level. Based on the findings and make recommendations. These will serve as references for the future planning of regular course for NCOs in the Army College. To achieve the purpose of the study, the study adopted a number of literature and questionnaire survey-based research tool. Firstly, relevant educational theory and system of military cadets in advanced countries, as well as implementation overview of other local military institutions were collected. Stating the significance between the NCO education and learning satisfaction level as the theoretical basis of this research and the research framework. Based on the data, related research and reference questionnaire, compiling 『" sophisticated system of non-commissioned officers "after learning continuing education NCO cadres satisfaction level study』, After the pretest and after the formal questionnaire survey targeted at the students from the regular NCO from the Army College. Using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability of the test, independent sample test, and correlation and regression analysis to conduct statistical analysis of survey data collected. Analyzed the results of the questionnaire data, and proposed findings and recommendations are as follows: 1.The learning satisfaction of students. 2.Naming those scoring the highest results of the questionnaire as "interpersonal relationships", the lowest for "learning satisfaction". 3.The level of learning satisfaction will affect student’s work duties and their vocations. 4.Administrative support to the matters to be strengthened. According to research findings, the following recommendations: 1.The school should allocate the relevant contingency budget to strengthen the teaching facilities maintenance. 2.Import of human resource assessment techniques, the development of specific practical knowledge and performance objectives. 3.Import future management of human resources management concept so that students will increase understanding and develop their own skills and interests.
