任務相依性與團隊工作品質對專案績效之影響

摘要


專案績效是透過團隊成員共同努力,產出符合需求、預算之產品,專案管理人須藉由促進團隊成員間的溝通、交流及相互幫助才能達成任務目標。資訊科技的快速演進,工作任務需求日益複雜,團隊成員互動品質更趨重要。 Hogel 與 Gemuenden(2001) 提出團隊工作品質的概念,以衡量團隊成員間之互動品質。任務相依性使團隊成員須更加頻繁的交流,藉由環環相扣的子任務,任務相依性對於團隊工作品質是否會有顯著的影響。專案績效為強調專案成果是否符合需求、時間等條件,本研究旨在探討任務相依性與團隊工作品質是否會對於專案績效產生影響。本研究以台灣、澳洲軟體產業成員為施測對象。以問卷調查的方式收集資料。本研究澳洲部分有效問卷101份,有效回收率為33.66%,台灣部分有效問卷為240份,有效回收率為68%。使用描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、相關分析與結構方程式得到下列結論:任務相依性對於團隊工作品質有顯著正向影響,並且團隊工作品質對專案績效有部分顯著正向影響。並依據研究發現提出以下建議:鼓勵專案成員溝通,並確定所有成員了解目標內容與專案管理人員須有效幫助協調成員分配工作內容。

Project performance is based on whether the project meets the requirement, schedule and budget that created by team members. In order to accomplish the set goals, the project manager has to maintain the quality of communication and mutual support among team members. More over, rapidly developing information technology requires higher team work quality than before. Hogel and Gemuenden (2001) developed the concept of team work quality to measure the quality of interaction among team members. The features of task interdependence push team members to have frequent communication for grasping the details of the whole project. The concept of project performance emphasizes that the result must meet schedule and budget. In this thesis, we focus on the impact of project performance from task interdependence and team work quality. This study collected data from software employees in the IT industry of Taiwan and Australia. This study also adopts different statistical methods including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and Partial Least Square to analyze the data.
