摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣同濟會各分會團隊管理與團隊效能的現況,比較不同背景成員在桃園同濟會分會團隊管理與團隊效能的知覺差異情形,並分析桃園同濟會分會團隊管理與團隊效能關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編的「桃園國際同濟會團隊管理與團隊效能關係調查問卷」為研究工具。 研究對象為桃園縣同濟會各分會為成員,采用採集群抽樣法;經協商現任區主席廖敏榮建議由桃園區(山峰會、新屋會、珍珠會、海雁會)為此次研究的四個抽樣集群對象;並採郵寄發送及回收問卷方式。共計發出180份回收問卷154份,剔除無效問卷1份,有效回收率為85%。所得資料以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。 本研究获得以下结論: 一、桃園同濟分會團隊管理的現況屬中上程度,其中以「互信合作」最高,「授予權能」最低。 二、桃園同濟分會團隊效能的現況屬中上程度,其中以「工作滿意」最高,「團隊績效」最低 三、不同入會年資之桃園同濟分會成員在團隊管理上具有顯著差異,但不同性別、學歷、職業、年資在團隊管理上則無顯著差異 四、不同個人背景項在團隊效能上無顯著差異 五、桃園縣同濟會各分會團隊管理與團隊效能具有正向顯著相關性 依据上述结論,提出下列建議: 一、對桃園縣同濟會各分會領導人員 1.给予成員更多權能,便于成員靈活處理會務。 2.统筹安排资源,使得资源更加合理運用。 3.透過各種活動,如月例會等,增進成员服務意識及專業技能,以提升團隊效能。 二、對桃園縣同濟會各分會成員 1.在互信合作的基處上,提升團隊管理成效。 2.透過和諧的组織氣氛,带動團隊效能。
ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the team management and performance of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis, compare differences between different members’ awareness of the team management and effectiveness of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis, who are of different backgrounds, and analyze the relationship between team management and team effectiveness of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis. This study is conducted through the self-compiled questionnaire, which is titled "questionnaire on the relationship between team management and team effectiveness of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis". The study was conducted among members of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis, using cluster sampling method. After consultation, it was suggested by the current District Chairman Liao Minrong that Peak Society, New Home Society, Pearl Society and the Sea Geese Society, which are all in Taoyuan area, be the objects of the study. The questionnaires were sent and recycled by mail. A total of 180 questionnaires were sent out, out of which 154 were recycled. In spite of 1 invalid questionnaire, the rate of effective recycling was 85%. All the data obtained was analyzed with statistical methods like the average number, standard deviation, t test, one-factor analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and so on. The conclusion of this study is as follows: First, the current status of the team management of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis is better than average, with the "mutual trust and cooperation" being the best while the "power to grant" lowest. Second, the current status of the team effectiveness of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis is also better than average. It has the highest "job satisfaction", but the "team performance" is the lowest. Third, members of different years of membership differ with each other significantly in their abilities of team management. However, those of different genders, education backgrounds, occupations, annual salaries exhibit no great difference in their team management competence. Fourth, the factor “personal background” plays no significant role in team effectiveness. Fifth, the degree of team management and team effectiveness is in direct proportion with each other. According to the above conclusions, here are the recommendations: First is the suggestion for leaders of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis. 1. Give members more power, which will help them deal with things flexibly. 2. Arrange resources overall, making more rational use of resources. 3. Enhance the service awareness of members and improve their professional skills through various activities like seminars. Second is the recommendation for members of Taoyuan Branch of Kiwanis. 1. Enhance the effectiveness of team management on the basis of mutual trust and cooperation. 2. Improve the team effectiveness through a harmonious organizational atmosphere.
