本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國民小學推行品格教育的實施策略,透過文獻探討及對桃園縣國小教育人員、學校家長的訪談,探究桃園縣國民小學品格教育實施策略之現況、實施成效,及推動品格教育實施策略之困境,並參酌相關研究及訪談分析結果,提出可能解決之道。本研究採用訪談法蒐集相關資料,以桃園縣獲頒品格實踐績優之學校,考量其所在區域與學校規模,挑選三所不同規模且分屬市區、鄉鎮及偏遠的品格實踐績優學校為訪談對象。根據研究目的,綜合文獻分析與訪談結果,獲得研究結論如下: 桃園縣國民小學確實推動品格教育實施策略,對於品格教育的實施,確實有其成效。包含有意願申請推動品格教育計畫的學校增加、教師知能素養與親職知能與技巧的提升、家長支持度的提高、學生行為的改善…等,但在實施的作為與方法上,仍有改進的空間。而桃園縣國小推行品格教育的困境,包括課程排擠、時間不足、人力資源不足、品格教育評鑑困難、部分教師態度消極、親師溝通不足、媒體不良影響、家長配合不足…等。因此,根據研究結果,研究者針對國小實施品格教育策略及未來研究提出一些具體的建議。
The goal of this study is to examine the implementation strategy of character education in Taoyuan County elementary schools. Using published literature and interviews with both educators and parents, this study examines the current situation, results, and difficulties of character education. Related research and interviews are analyzed to produce possible solutions. This study uses interviews to gather related information. Three schools with highly-rated character education programs are picked for their different locations: city, rural, and remote. The interview and analysis produced the following conclusion: Taoyuan County's character education implementation strategy have achieved tangible progress, such as an increase in the number of schools willing to apply for character education planning, improvements in teacher knowledge and skill, more support from parents, and positive change in student behavior. But there is still room for improvement. The difficulties of character education include class scheduling issues, lack of time and resource, complexity of evaluating student character, passive attitude from some teachers, lack of communication between parent and teacher, negative influence from the media, and not enough coordination with parents. In light of these problems, this paper provides suggestions for future research and education strategy.
