車輛胎壓調整控制系統開發之研究

摘要


現今汽車工業不僅著重汽車外觀的設計,也強調和ECU微電腦控制結合、節能、省油等趨勢發展。現今汽車胎壓偵測系統只有數據的判別功能,駕駛雖然可以即時了解胎壓值卻無法調整實際胎壓,所以本研究針對胎壓調整問題,設計並製作一套控制調整胎壓系統,當車輛長途行駛間胎壓劇變,輪胎大量洩氣胎壓不足,系統可以偵測胎壓並且可控制調整胎壓進行補氣動作,能夠使車輛維持行駛至維修;並利用田口實驗法分析出胎壓調整控制系統最佳化設計參數。

Currently the automotive industry not only focus on the vehicle exterior design, with particular emphasis and ECU microcomputer control combined with energy-saving trends.And the current depot tire pressure monitoring system only the discriminant function of only the data, In this study, tire pressure adjustment problems, Design and production of a Tire Pressure Detection/Adjustment System, drastic changes in tire pressure when the vehicle driving, long-distance travel a lot between the deflated tire, detect the tire pressure with control to adjust tire pressure, the vehicle to maintain travel to maintenance. The Taguchi method is used to optimize the design parameter for tire Pressure Detection/Adjustment system.
