現代許多人以汽車代步,生活已經與汽車緊密結合,但卻很少有人在行前養成測量胎壓的習慣,行車時如車輛胎壓不足,不僅胎面會增加與地面接觸面積而使磨擦力增大,輕則造成汽車操控性受到影響,引擎運轉時也會因為負荷較重而增加汽車的耗油量,嚴重時則會降低輪胎耐久性和胎紋壽命,造成輪胎結構性的破壞,當承受比較大的負荷時便因而爆胎甚至造成車禍的發生。 為了要提昇汽車行駛時的安全性與便利性,因此,本論文將研究與合作廠商之以研發而出的汽車胎壓計,作一完善的應力、熱傳與頻率接收的穩定性模擬分析,以增加民眾對於產品的信賴,也對於胎壓計有更深一層的了解。
A lot of people drive the automobile instead of walk, and life has been combined closely with automobile, but few people get used to measuring tire pressure before being to drive. If tire pressure is insufficient while driving a car, it will not merely increase friction between the tire’s surface and ground. It makes not only the effect to control automobile difficulty, but also when engine rotating can increase the oil consumption by load. It will reduce the durability of the tire and lifespan of tire’s surface, it will cause the destruction of the tire structure, and it will even cause traffic accident. In order to promote the security and the convenience of automobile driving, therefore in this paper we will research and develop the “Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS”, the stress, heat transfer and frequency will be analyzed for the stability simulation.
