有限元素法對輪胎與路況的探討

摘要


使用MSC Software Corporation-Patran軟體建立輪胎對溼地之建模,設定不同的速度、胎壓與負載等參數,使其在地面水膜路面條件下運動,在流固耦合的模擬使用MSC Software Corporation-Dytran軟體分析運算,得到不同摩擦力、輪胎負載、胎壓下輪胎與地面的暫態力學特性,將摩擦力與結合係數和滑移率作對比得到最佳輪胎效率,並分析Patran模擬結果雲圖得到不同條件下的濺水模型。 關鍵詞:流固耦合、Dytran分析軟體、滑移率、結合係數

Use MSC Software Corporation-Patran software to build the model of the tire on the wetland, set different parameters such as speed, tire pressure and load to make it move under the condition of the ground water film road surface, and use the MSC Software Corporation- Dytran software analyzes and calculates to obtain the transient mechanical properties of the tire and the ground under different boundary conditions, compares the friction force with the binding coefficient and slip rate to obtain the optimal tire efficiency, and analyzes the diagram of the Patran simulation result to obtain the water splashing under different friction, tire load rate and tire pressure.
