多準則決策分析模式於汽車產業供應鏈管理之應用

摘要


自從臺灣於2002年加入世界貿易組織 (WTO) 之後,由於汽車進口關稅降低,開放進口汽車市場,同時遭受全球競爭環境的威脅。因此,汽車產業如何在激烈競爭的環境中,強化企業的競爭優勢,汽車產業的供應鏈管理便扮演重要的角色。為了達到卓越的供應鏈管理績效,有效的評估與選擇優良的供應鏈夥伴,便扮演著決定性的因素。由於供應鏈夥伴的評選本身具有複雜的質化與量化的評估準則,因此,本論文提出多準則決策分析方法,輔助管理者應用於汽車產業供應鏈管理之決策上。 為了驗證本研究所提出之方法具有優異的決策能力,藉由實務之汽車產業供應鏈夥伴為案例,針對其供應商與專業物流服務者兩大供應鏈管理議題。分別提出整合模糊偏好規劃分析網路程序法與目標規劃法(FANP-GP)及De Novo規劃法 (DNP) 之供應商評選方法,及結合簡易多屬性評估模式 (SMART) 與模糊偏好規劃分析網路程序法 (FANP) 之專業物流服務提供者評選方法。 實驗結果顯示,本研究所提出之結合兩階段的方法,評選供應商的方案比其他方法更具顯著性,且具有更為優異的決策能力。運用快速的系統化程序,可有效選擇優良供應商及改變最適訂購量之決策,降低採購成本,以強化企業競爭之優勢。綜合本研究之成果,可以瞭解將多準則決策分析方法,應用於汽車產業供應鏈管理問題上是相當有潛力的。

Taiwanese automotive industry has undergone tremendous changes during the past decades as a result of joining the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2002. After entering the WTO, Taiwanese automotive industries are facing the impact of tariff reduction, open import, also encountering global competitive environmental threats, hence a reduction in operation costs and reinforcement of competitive advantage of the enterprise are required to embrace WTO’s impact. Supply chain management plays a crucial role for successful enterprises. Decision analysis for supplier valuation and selection becomes critical when strengthening the functions of supply chain management. A key strategy to reinforce competitiveness is effectively selecting the best supplier for operational cost reduction. The supplier selection is a multi-criterion decision making problem which includes both qualitative and quantitative criteria. Many criteria may conflict with each other which makes the decision making process complicated. We proposed the multicriteria decision analysis methods to provide managers with aid in the applications to decision making. In order to demonstrate that the method proposed in this research stands out in decision making capability, automotive industry supply chain members are used as a case, with their suppliers and lead logistics providers as two major subjects in supply chain management. Presented, respectively, to deal with these two subjects are the decision analysis method for the best supplier evaluation and selection integrating Fuzzy Analytic Network Process-Goal Programming (FANP-GP) with De Novo Programming (DNP) method, and the decision analysis method for the best lead logistics providers (LLP) evaluation and selection combining the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) process with FANP method. The experimental results demonstrated that these hybrid methods outperformed other methods in various decisions making in terms of significances. With the achievements of this research summed up, it is known that the multi-criteria decision analysis method will have notable potentials to be applied to problems in the supply chain management that can significantly promote the performance of supply chain management and improves corporate competitiveness.
