交替式醫療氣墊床改善作動壓力曲線之研究

摘要
近年來人類平均壽命不斷提高但是出生率持續下降，讓各國都面臨人口結構老年化的問題。而生活型態的改變，使得因中風、運動傷害及交通事故造成需長期臥床的癱瘓者日益增加；長期照護與老年照護的需求便與日俱增。老年人因肌肉退化而無力，癱瘓者則因神經受損失去了肌肉控制能力，這兩者均需長期臥床需要他人協助不時去移動姿勢與按摩肌膚，若照護人員疏忽很容易發生褥瘡。 現在各地醫療院所普遍皆有醫護人力不足的問題，對於需要投入大量人力的長期臥床患者的照護可能已無法完全依靠人力來處理，但是患者的照顧需求也不能被忽視，所以必需要使用其他設備來輔助醫護照顧病患，因此目前在不少醫療院所與老年照護中心已經導入使用「交替式醫療氣墊床」(Alternative Mattress System)來輔助醫療人員，在減輕護理人員的負擔同時也能減少長期臥床患者發生褥瘡的機會。 本研究主要在深入探討交替式醫療氣墊床系統的基本結構與作動原理，並希望能藉由修改控制系統的部份設計讓氣墊床運作時由驅動氣管內所量測到的作動壓力曲線改變讓使用舒適性可以提昇。

The population structure has been become an aging society in recent years. Long-term bedridden patients who are paralyzed because of an illness or car accident also have been increased day by day. Therefore, the requirement of elder care and long-term care grows with each passing day. Elderly people lack strength because of muscular degeneration and paralyzed people lost muscular control ability because of nerve impairment. The two kinds of people are all long-term bedridden and need help to switch position and massage any time. If they do not have well care, pressure ulcer will occurs. Take care of long-term bedridden patients cannot totally depend on care workers due to a manpower shortage. This is why Alternative Mattress System is very common in hospitals and elder-care center to assist care workers. The research is to investigate the basic structure and operation principle of alternative mattress system, and hope it can provide better comfort by modifying a part of control unit design to changing the operation pressure curve.
