在網際網路、資訊科技與通訊技術蓬勃發展的21世紀,人們的生活品質隨著時代的變遷不斷地在提升,專業醫師或者是大部分的民眾都希望可以藉由科技技術即時掌握病患或是自身的身體健康狀況,而提供予使用者使用的醫療儀器設備是否易於操作以及立即熟悉上手就是設計者需要努力的最大目標。為了發展更好用的醫療儀器設備,越來越多技術、方法、工具被採用在設計醫療儀器設備的過程當中,目的在於提供更多的操作功能給使用者,但是設備可能會因為功能太過繁雜而失去了原本易於使用者操作的目的,所以透過使用性方法協助評估,解決醫療儀器設備之使用性所遇到的問題,並提出改善的方案,進而完成一個好用的醫療儀器設備。 本研究透過系統性文獻回顧的方式探討Usability在醫療與健康資訊領域之研究趨勢,目的在於探討不同研究者採用哪一種使用性評估方法來評估其研究,以及研究者採用的使用性評估方法運用在哪個層面,與Usability在不同領域的研究趨勢有哪裡不同或是相似的部分。
In the 21st century, internet, information and communication technology develop vigorously, as time changes, people’s quality of life are promoting constantly. Doctor wants to monitor the physiological data of the patient, and most people also want to observe their health condition immediately by technologies. Therefore, the purpose of a designer is that making the medical device easy and intuitive to use. In order to develop more useful medical device and healthcare equipment, more technology, methods, and tools are used during the design phase which provided more functions for users. However, the device may be too complicated to use. Therefore, the designer proposes the better program and solves the problem by the usability evaluation method. Then designer can complete a more useful medical and health device. The objective of the review is to investigate what usability evaluation methods have been employed by researchers to evaluate the medical and health device, and how the usability evaluation methods were employed.
