摘要

牙周補綴學(Periodontal-prosthetics)是一種整合式牙科治療學門。其研究與治療的重心就是針對罹患中度到重度
牙周炎並合併牙齒動搖的患者，藉著牙周、根管、矯正、植牙與贋復補綴，來穩定牙齒及其周邊支持組織的生理性形態與功能，並同時滿足其對於咀嚼與美觀之需求。
本臨床病例論文集，係作者本人於門診診治的牙周植牙補綴臨床病例中，整理出來具有代表性的 10 個病例報告(含病例報告、文獻回顧與討論心得) 。其中，女性佔9名，男性為1 名,年齡分佈介於21〜45歲中間(平均年齡36.1歲)。病例分佈為全口復健七例，經特殊手術後的局部重建三例。平均療程為21.2個月(9〜37個月)。全部的患者都曾經在治療過程中， 接受過不等程度的牙周手術或人工植牙手術，並完成不同形式的固定義齒贋復。

Periodontal - prosthetics is an integrated dental
therapeutic discipline . The point of research & therapy is to restore the oral health of those patients with moderate- to-advanced periodontitis & associated mobile teeth.
To stabilize the physiological form & function of the dentition and its supporting structures, simultaneously, to fulfill the demands of chewing function & esthetics from those patients, by means of combined periodontic, endodontic, orthodontic,implant &prosthodontic therapy.
This clinical thesis included 10 representative
periodontal-prosthetic cases(case report,literature review& discussion).9 females and 1 male (aged 21~45 yrs old; 36.1 y/o on the average). 7 cases received full – mouth rehabilitation,the other 3 cases accepted regional surgical therapy & reconstructions. Averaged therapeutic time: 21.2 months (9~37 months). All of the patients had received periodontal or implant surgery during therapeutic process , and received various types of fixed prosthesis restoration.
