羅氏鹽膚木之抗氧化成分研究

摘要


從羅氏鹽膚木(Rhus javanice L. var. roxburghiana)之果實部位的萃取物進行抗氧化的測試,分別對DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和xanthine oxidase,結果顯示具有相當好的抗氧化活性。並且從羅氏鹽膚木的果實部位,分離得到kaempferol (5),這是首次在果實部位得到這種化合物。另外,也將本科室之前從羅氏鹽膚木的莖部所分離得到的四個化合物taxifolin (1) 2,3-cis-3,4-trans-7,4’-dihydroxyflavan-3β,4β-diol (2) 、fustin (3)、7,3’,4’-trihydroxy-flavone (4)分別對DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和xanthine oxidase進行抗氧化試驗。結果發現化合物(1)、(2)和(3)對DPPH自由基的清除能力有相當不錯的活性。而taxifolin (1)對xanthine oxidase有不錯的抑制能力,是未來可以發展的方向。 從chemotaxonomy方面可知果實的活性成分可能亦屬於化合物(1)-(4)之類似物。

The extract obtained from the fruit of Rhus javanice L. var. roxburghiana was performed several biological studies associated with free radical, including DPPH,ABTS, and xanthine oxidase inhibitory assays. Among these studies, the extract exhibited significantly inhibitory effect on production of free radicals. In this study, kaempferol (5) was first isolated from fruit of Rhus javanice L. var. roxburghiana. On the other way, four compounds, taxifolin (1) ,2,3-cis-3,4- trans-7,4’-dihydroxy- flavan-3β,4β-diol (2) , fustin (3), 7,3’,4’-trihydroxy-flavone (4), previously isolated, from the stem of this plant were performed DPPH, ABTS, and xanthine oxidase assays. Compounds (1), (2) and (3) showed significantly inhibitory activity. As these result shown, taxifolin (1) was found as a potent xanthine oxidase inhibitor. Based on chemotaxonomic theory, the above four compounds (1)-(4) may be also appears in the extract of fruit of this plant.
