學校社工師工作壓力、同儕社會支持、與臉書社群使用行為 之相關研究

School Social Worker's Job Stress, Peer Social Support, and Facebook Online-group Using Behavior -- A Correlational Study

摘要


本研究目的在探討學校社工師工作壓力、同儕社會支持、與臉書社群使用行為之相關性。採調查法與質性訪談並行,以抽樣調查法及質性訪談法進行資料蒐集。母群體為所有學校社工師,抽樣調查部份是以立意取樣選取高雄市所有學校社工師共計29位,質性訪談則是以三位學校社工師之面訪資料做質性資料蒐集與討論。量化資料以SPSS22進行統計分析,研究結果摘要如下: 一、31歲至35歲的學校社工師的工作壓力是高於其他年齡層的學校社工師。 二、未婚之學校社工師在面對組織結構氣氛壓力是高於已婚之學校社工師。 三、不同教育程度之學校社工師在工作壓力上有顯著差異。 四、不同社工實務年資學校社工師在某些工作壓力層面上有顯著差異。 五、學校社工實務年資1年以下之學校社工師面對工作本質壓力是高於實務年資1年以上之學校社工師。 六、不同年齡層之學校社工師在平均每週使用臉書社群時間有顯著差異。 七、不同婚姻狀況之學校社工師,其加入臉書社群時間有顯著差異。 八、學校社工師的工作壓力與同儕社會支持間有顯著正相關。 九、學校社工師在臉書社群使用行為與工作壓力及同儕社會支持有顯著相關。 另外,質性訪談部份是針對三位學校社工師的深度訪談結果,有下列兩點: 一、 學校同事與同儕學校社工師皆扮演重要的社會支持角色。 二、 學校社工師透過臉書社群的使用獲得支持與慰藉。 根據研究結果,本研究提供政策面、實務面及研究面建議供參考。

This study is aimed to explore the relationships between school social worker's job stress, peer social support, and Facebook online group using behavior. Both the sampling survey and qualitative interview research methods were utilized to collect the data. The population was set as the school social workers while only those 29 in Kaohsiung were purposively sampled for survey and 3 of them were sampled for qualitative interview. The quantitative data was analyzed with SPSS 22 and summarized as below. 1.The school social workers, who were aged 31-35, perceived higher stress than the other age group. 2.Unmarried school social workers perceived higher job stress than the married. 3.The school social workers with different educational degrees perceived different job stress. 4.The school social workers who have different years of practice experience perceived different job stress. 5.The school social workers who have less than 1 year of practice experience in school social work perceived higher job stress than those who have more than 1 year. 6.The school social workers in different age groups have different time lengths on using Facebook online group. 7.The school social workers in different marital status had different starting points on joining the Facebook online group. 8.The school social workers’ job stress is positively correlated with the peer social support. 9.Significant relationships existed between school social workers’Facebook online group using behavior, job stress, and peer social support. In addition, the in-depth interview with the three school social workers yielded the following two points: 1. School colleagues and peer school social workers are all playing an important social support role. 2. Through using the Facebook online group, the school social workers have obtained support and comfort. Based on the research results, suggestions for policy making, practice, and future research are provided.
