摘要


在本論文中,我們合成了七個 2-(6-Aryl-3(Z)-hexen-1,5-diynyl) nitrobenzenes 的化合物,其中化合物 33 在所有合成的新型烯雙炔化合物中對 K-562 血癌細胞具有較佳的細胞生長抑制活性,其 IC50 值為 4.96 uM。更進一步利用流式細胞儀發現,此類化合物能使癌細胞之生長週期停滯在G2/M期,並且誘導細胞進行程式性凋亡。

In this thesis, we have synthesized seven 2-(6-Aryl-3(Z)-hexen- 1,5-diynyl)nitrobenzenes. Among them, compounds 33 showed potent cytotoxicity against human leukemia K-562 cell and the IC50 value is 4.96 uM. The cell-cycle analysis shows that these compounds induce a significant blockage in G2/M phase by Flow Cytometric Analysis. An apoptotic progress induction was also shown.
