摘要

本文旨在研究藝術創作對於一個生長於台灣的女性創作者在所產出的作品中回溯的情感影響與內部運作。佛洛伊德說：「人的所有行為與動機都有其目的」而創作行為亦如是，然而藝術創作的目的為何？我們因為有一些機緣，接觸到藝術創作，在這世界裡模模糊糊的思量著什麼叫做藝術？為什麼要創作？
從身為女性自身存在價值出發，創作命題主要圍繞在女性身分的既成事實中回溯過往的家庭社會環境等外在因素，所形成的生活經驗如何與內在心理運作交互影響所形成的生命結構，欲以探求自我意識的真實樣貌與意識延展的可能。
在研究所就讀的這一段時程裡，產出﹝SELF﹞、﹝THE WOMEN系列﹞、﹝THE DIAMONDS系列﹞等三個部分的藝術創作，並從這三個系列的創作中，分別加以探討創作者本身的內在回溯與自我推展的形式，從而找出藝術創作與生命的關聯。
在SELF系列作品中，找到一個自我觀照的起點，透過自畫像的描繪過程的感知與作品結果的視覺回饋，檢視自己的內在狀態。THE WOMEN系列則在描寫其他女性的直觀書寫過程中觸及靈與肉的議題，這系列裡不僅是表現女體的姿態，而是從女體的姿態中，找尋與其對應的內在關係，可視為一種創作者本體與他人客體在意識上、情感上、概念與思想上的重疊與不重疊，省察主客體之間的差異，達成創作者自我覺知的目的。THE DIAMONDS系列則實驗透過一個物件，不再只是以人為直接描繪對象，選定鑽石(一種絕對的物質)作為對象物，進行情感投射，使之成為個體靈魂的承載物件，更清楚的表述是：「透過鑽石，看見的是一個女性的個體樣態。」
創作行為不只是一個藝術品產出的過程，完整的創作行為應該包含從一開始想要表現些什麼的動機欲望，進而在過程中推敲情感的本質樣貌，實驗形式與情感呈現是否貼合，從實作所產生的結果，也就是藝術作品本身，反視欲望動機的內容，從其異同之處，了解創作者本身的真實並實踐創作行為的意義。

The purpose of this study is about the emotions influence and inner feeling of artistic creation of a Taiwan native-born female artist. Like Freud had said, “The behavior and motivation of human being has its own purpose.” These words can also describe the creation. So what’s the purpose of art creating? We sometimes have chance to touch artistic creation and try to figure out what is art and why we create.

Starting from female existence value, the creation is around external factors like family and social environment. Life structure is combined with life experience and mental experience. Through the interacting process, creator can explore the truth of self conscious and the possibility of awareness extending.

The “SELF”, “THE WOMEN Series”, and “THE DIAMONDS Series” were created during the graduate school. Trying to backtrack the inner feelings of the creator, and then find out the connection between life and creation.

In the SELF Series, it can allow us to view our inner state through the self-portrait creating process and result. The WOMEN Series describes the issue of female’s soul and bodies while the writing process. This series is not just present female body posture but finding the inner connection of it. It can be seen as the consciously, emotionally, conceptually, and ideologically overlapping and non-overlapping between creator and others. Viewing the diversity of subject and object, creator can achieve the purpose of awareness. The DIAMONDS Series use diamond (a specific subject) instead of human as depicted object. Projecting emotion upon diamond and turning it as a soul carrier. More specifically saying is “fleeing a female image through diamond.”

Creating behavior is not just a process to create artifact. A complete behavior should present the desire and motivation from the beginning, and shape the essence of emotion during the creating process. Artifact can reflects desire and motivation, the meaning of creating behavior also can be understood from the details of differences and similarities.
