網路下的人性矛盾與自由的假像

在網路盛行的年代，帶來的結果有好有壞，如同攝影術的發明，進而到電影的發明，其發明對於社會，或是傳統藝術都有不少的衝擊，照相術讓我們能更快速有效率的擷取畫面，保存記憶，其優點也是缺點；距離的消失，因為科技的進步導致，時間縮短距離消失，過去需要3個月的時間才能渡海跨國，如今只需不到一天的時間，但卻也可以將其再次相反而論，事情有時是反面的反面。透過作品從網路、隱私尋找問題的連結，在網路中的點對點的連結架構中，其中的運作是否是我們所熟悉的方式，網路製造的需多創新的功能，改變了我們的生活方式，不只是物質層面而是更深層的加速我們對於這種新的重擊所帶來不同思考角度，對於過去的不同所產生的矛盾，在<藏寶圖>中人性在面對科技後果的心態，展現出人性在網路行為上的體現。希望藉由作品讓觀眾再次瞭解問題，並且了解原有問題跟隨著年代一起深化的問題，讓人性與科技面對面的正視，接受其矛盾並希望接納問題將其轉化。論文和作品主軸將針對網際網路所帶來的大數據(Big Data)和連結方式以及隱私自由來深入探討，現代人對於網路的無上限無代價使用是否真的落實網路分享的初衷?還是網路的無國界和隱私自由的網路中立性只是自由的假象，面對龐大的網路資訊，我們必須要有效地提出質疑，了解內部的架構如網際網路通訊協定(Internet Protocol)，網路傳遞的訊息即嵌附在這些電腦數據上(data)，透過作品藏寶圖希望能讓觀眾了解並感受其資訊氛圍，當使用網路時你也必定會有些資訊流出，有輸入必有輸出，網路分享不一定為大家所知或同意。另外，希望藉由作品監聽進而讓觀眾體會到對於日常物(麥克風、錄影機)的習慣所產生的行為，以及是否有被意識到被拍攝，親身感受被剝奪的當下，喚醒觀者對平時剝奪感，加深印象。

In the era of Internet, the result has brought both good and bad. As “Esthetique de la disparition” described: distance disappears as technology grows. On the other hand, there is still some downside to it. For example, the invention of photography allows us to unlimitedly copy, which leads to piracy and unreasonable copyright laws. Also, the virtual utopia Internet world we once believe in is just the illusion of freedom. I’d like to discuss these issues in a different perspective in order to understand the problem. This thesis will look deep into Internet resources especially in the area of Internet freedom and privacy. Network without borders and freedom of Internet privacy neutrality is just illusion of freedom. When facing a huge network of information, we must effectively question and understand the internal infrastructure. With my first work “Treasure Map”, using Internet protocol to get users private location. Understanding that not just the message passes network is in the computers data but also other information you do not know of are embedded in the data and pass on to the Internet without your permission. Another work is to make people aware of their everyday environment and objects.
