晨間活動對團隊凝聚力之研究–以泰國CT公司為例

摘要


本研究為問題解決導向之研究,主要目的為透過晨間活動協助泰國臺商改善跨文化管理問題、提升公司團隊凝聚力。從中探討晨間活動對研究參與者在工作團隊凝聚力上產生的影響力。 本研究採以質量整合研究方法,使研究得以完整多元、兼具理性驗證與深入詮釋:採用實驗研究法之靜態比較組輔以問卷調查法,發放170份自編之團隊凝聚力調查問卷問卷,將標準組及控制組以獨立樣本t考驗以及單因子變異數分析,進行不同背景變項之統計資料處理以及不相等控制組後測比較。最後,與透過參與觀察法與深度訪談法蒐集到的研究歷程等質性資料進行整合性的討論與詮釋。 本研究結果發現: 一、 標準組與控制組在團隊凝聚力調查問卷得分上有顯著差異,晨間活動對於CT公司之團隊凝聚力成功地產生正向之影響。 二、 晨間活動有助於開啟勞資雙向溝通之門,促進彼此間的信任,共同合作提升工作表現。 三、 晨間活動使研究參與者感受到公司對其照顧與關懷,使其以自發性投入工作、關心公司公共事務的行動回饋公司。

This research assists Taiwanese business owners in Thailand to examine cross-cultural differences in order to improve relationships between laborers and business owners. The research will discuss how implementing morning exercise activities will improve relationships between laborers and owners. This research utilizes a mixed-methods approach. The static-group comparison design analyzed the data from a 170 Team Cohesion validly returned Questionnaire (100%) by statistic methods of Independent-Sample T-Test and One-Way ANOVA. In addition, qualitative methods included participant observation and in-depth interviews, which were applied for the study in order to collect more information to assist the interpretative analysis. The findings include: First, there are significant differences between the control group and the standard group from the Group Cohesion Questionnaire score. It was found that the morning activities aimed at team cohesion for the standard group successfully generated a positive impact. Second, the morning activity helped to create communication between the participants and the business owner, which also improved good faith among workers and increased productivities. Third, the morning activity made participants feel cared for by the company and they became willing to work spontaneously and with concern about the company's public affairs.
