本研究旨在探討與瞭解團體動力與團體凝聚力對國民中學童軍教育學習滿意度之影響。本研究在文獻蒐集整理與歸納分析後提出本研究之理論架構基礎,再參考國內外相關研究編制符合本研究之團體動力、團體凝聚力與國民中學童軍教育學習滿意度量表,接著進行問卷調查以分析現況。研究對象採用立意取樣方法進行問卷調查,針對105學年度註冊就讀於高雄市某國民中學之三年級學生為研究對象,共計發出210份正式問卷,收回210份,扣除18份無效問卷後,有效樣本數共為192份,回收使用率達91.42%。 本研究發現團體動力對童軍教育學習滿意度有顯著正向的影響。其中,團體規範、團體溝通、團體領導與團體衝突分別對童軍教育學習滿意度有顯著正向的影響。其次,團體凝聚力對童軍教育學習滿意度有顯著正向的影響,而團隊合作、人際親和、團隊適應與人際吸引則分別對童軍教育學習滿意度有顯著之正向影響。根據上述研究之發現,本研究建議童軍教師可以藉由增加團體動力與團體凝聚力來增加上課學生的學習滿意度。
This study aims to find out how group dynamics and group cohesion influence the learning satisfaction in Scout Education. In this study, questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. The subjects of this research are the third-graders of the year 2015 in a junior high school in Kaohsiung City. There are 210 subjects while 192 questionnaires are valid, which reach the rate of 91.42% . The results of this study were as followed: First, there is a significant positive correlation between the learning satisfaction of Scouting Education and group dynamics, such as group rules, group communication, group leading, and group conflict. Second, group cohesion like group cooperation, interpersonal affinity, group adaptability, and interpersonal attraction also have a significant positive influence on the learning satisfaction of Scouting Education. This study suggests that scout teachers can increase the learning satisfaction by increasing group dynamics and group cohesion.
