臺中市國中童軍團員知覺團長正向領導與團隊凝聚力關係之研究

The Study of Relation between Scout-master's Positive Leadership and Group Cohesiveness in the View of Scout Members in Taichung Junior High Schools.

摘要


本研究欲瞭解臺中市國中童軍團員知覺童軍團長正向領導與團隊凝聚力之概況,並探討兩者間的關係。最終,期望透過本研究提供童軍團長未來經營童軍團的參考。本研究採問卷調查法,探究相關理論與參閱過往研究後,改編製成「童軍團長正向領導與團隊凝聚力」問卷,研究對象鎖定臺中市20間國中並參與童軍團活動一年以上之二、三年級童軍團員,發放429份問卷,實得有效樣本數為346份,有效回收率84%。最終,依蒐集資料採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、ANOVA單因子變異數、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析法等進行統計分析,其研究結果分述如下。 一、臺中市童軍團員高度知覺團長具正向領導表現,且在良好團隊氛圍下,能高度感受到團隊凝聚力。 二、正向領導以「營造正向氣氛」最高、「善用正向溝通」最低;團隊凝聚力則以「團隊適應」最高、「人際吸引」最低。 三、入團年資較低之學弟妹更能感受團長以正向言語溝通、交流互動。 四、參與團活動頻率越高者,知覺團長正向領導與團隊凝聚力程度也越高。 五、擔任過團內小隊長或聯隊長等幹部職務者,更願意接受與達成團隊目標,團隊凝聚力感受也相對更高。 六、團長正向領導與團隊凝聚力間達顯著中度正相關。 七、童軍團長正向領導中,「善用正向溝通」與「展現正向意義」能有效預測團隊凝聚力,且以「善用正向溝通」預測力最高。

By distributing questionnaires designed based on the previous studies and the theory of positive leadership and group cohesiveness to 429 scout members from 20 junior high school scout troops in Taichung city, the present study aims to explore the status of scout-master's positive leadership and group cohesiveness, and further investigates the relation between them. In this study, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis are used for statistical analysis. The results are as follows: 1.The scout members in Taichung City highly percept that the scout-masters' have positive leadership performance, and they can even feel the group cohesiveness in a good atmosphere. 2.Among the tests of positive leadership, "creating a positive atmosphere" scores the highest and "making good use of positive communication" scores the lowest. As for group cohesiveness, " group adaptation" is the highest and "interpersonal attraction" is the least. 3.The junior high school students who have less experiences in the scout troop are more able to feel how the scout-masters' use a postive language to communicate and interact with them. 4.The more frequent of participating in the group activities the scout members are, the more positive leadership and group cohesiveness they can perceive. 5.Those who have been a patrol leader or co-captain of the regiment are more willing to accept and achieve the team goals. The feeling of group cohesiveness is also relatively high. 6.The correlation between scout-master’s positive leadership and group cohesiveness is significantly moderate positive. 7.Both "making good use of positive communication" and "showing positive meanings" can significantly predict group cohesiveness. Moreover, " making good use of positive communication" has the highest influence power.
