本研究目的在了解國民中學教師正向領導與學生學習成就之現況及差異情形。本研究以問卷調查法為研究方法,以自編之「國民中學教師正向領導與學生學習成就現況調查問卷」為研究工具,以桃竹苗地區國民中學教師為研究對象。總計發出644份問卷,回收556份,有效問卷共計502份,回收率為90.2%。問卷回收後,分別以描述統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析、等統計方法進行分析。 根據研究結果將結論分析歸納如下: 一、桃竹苗國民中學教師知覺教師正向領導及學生學習成就達高等程度。 二、苗栗縣之國民中學教師知覺其教師正向領導程度較高。 三、服務於學校區域「苗栗縣」及學校規模在「37班(含)以上」者知覺學生學習成 就程度較高。 四、國民中學教師正向領導與學生學習成就之間具有中度顯著正相關。 五、國民中學教師正向領導透過「創造正向意義」及「營造正向氛圍」 對學生學習成就最具有預測力 。
The purpose of this study is first to explore the current situation and the differences between junior high school teachers’ positive leadership and student learning achievement. Using the self-designed questionnaire as a research tool, the objects of the study are the junior high school teachers in the region of Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli. A total of 644 questionnaires were sent out and 556 were returned. The return rate of 502 valid samples is 90.02%. After the questionnaires were collected, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-tests and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze. By analyzing the results of the survey and interpretation of the statistical analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.Teachers’ perceptions of teacher positive leadership and student learning achievement reach the high level. 2.Teachers who get higher scores on teacher positive leadership are those who service in the region of Miaoli. 3.Teachers who get the higher scores on student learning achievement are those who service in the region of Miaoli and the school size is over 37classes and above. 4.There are positive correlations between teacher positive leadership and student learning achievement. 5.“creating positive meaning and creating positive atmosphere” have a high explanatory power on teacher positive leadership. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proposed for the reference of educational administration agencies, junior high school teachers and research staff engaged in future related researches.
