團隊凝聚力之研究趨勢回顧研究

摘要

本研究最主要的目的是透過文獻分析法來整理歸納並探討團隊凝聚力之研究趨勢，研究範圍主要以1995～2008年全國碩博士論文為文獻來源，並整理歸納出目前研究概況。研究有以下發現：一、關於團隊凝聚力的博碩士論文共有65篇。二、從歷年之碩博士論文的篇數來觀察，團隊凝聚力的研究主題有越來越受到重視的趨勢。三、以研究對象區分，各類撰寫團隊凝聚力相關論文比例，依比例高低分別為體育運動類68%、商業管理類26%、教育類6%。四、團隊凝聚力應用於各類別中其研究主題大部分乃探討領導者之模式、參與動機、滿意度對團隊凝聚力之影響。五、歷年博碩士論文多以量化研究來進行團隊凝聚力的相關研究，質化研究方式僅約佔4%。六、研究中大都談論自變項對於團隊凝聚力的影響，而在團隊凝聚力對於依變項的影響卻較少談及。

E) 96% of academic dissertations from 1995~2008 are quantificational research, others are qualitative research. F) Much attention is on treatment’s effect about group cohesion than dependent variable.
