美術館教育推廣策略之分析與研究-以新北市國民小學高年級學生觀點為例

摘要


現代美術館除了必須具有傳統的功能性之外,更負有社會藝術教育與推廣美感教育的使命,而教育推廣策略則是搭起美術館與觀眾之間的橋梁,它的目的在引發觀眾的潛在學習慾望、增長對藝術文化的認識與了解,開發與創造美感人生。本研究以探究美術館教育推廣策略面向,與關注國小學生觀眾族群為研究目的,並探討美術館教育推廣策略對於國民小學高年級學生的吸引與影響。研究採用問卷調查法為主,先行探討「美術館教育理論」與「教育推廣策略」相關文獻,並透過分析國內外五所重要之美術館,臺北市立美術館、國立台灣美術館、高雄市立美術館、美國大都會博物館與英國泰德美術館,以瞭解當前美術館的教育推廣策略,再依據所蒐集的文獻進行問卷設計,並以研究者自編的「美術館教育推廣活動策略之研究調查問卷」為研究工具。 本研究以新北市國民小學高年級學生為研究對象,依據新北市九大行政分區其各學區學校數量百分比,分層隨機抽樣12所學校24個班級進行問卷調查,回收有效樣本586份,有效回收率為91.7%。研究所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和複選題分析等統計方法進行分析,探究各研究變項之間的關係。所得研究結論如下: 一、國小高年級學生對於美術館教育推廣策略的參與意願,以「基本教育活動」向度最高,其次為「服務社會」,最低為「輔助學校」。 二、「基本教育活動」向度中,國小高年級學生的參與意願,以「空間規劃」最高,其次為「活動規劃」,最低為「資訊規劃」。 三、美術館教育推廣策略對於國小高年級學生的吸引程度:第一、遊戲式的探索教育活動;第二、結合學習軟體的多媒體互動裝置;第三、「家庭地圖」-輔助學習活動單;最低的為「專家演講」。 四、對於美術館教育推廣策略有「高參與意願」的學生特質為:女性、五年級、有補習藝術類才藝、參觀頻率較高、板橋分區的學生。 五、操作型創作活動較能讓學生留下深刻的學習經驗。

In this study, we examined an art gallery’s strategic dimensions in education and promotion and their concern for elementary school student audience groups. We also examined the attraction and influence that the educational and promotional strategies of art galleries have on older elementary school students. We used questionnaires in this study. First, we reviewed literature on art gallery education theory and educational promotion strategies. We also analyzed five major art galleries in Taiwan and other countries to understand current art gallery education promotion strategies. We then designed a questionnaire based on collected literature. We developed the art gallery educational and promotional activities and strategies questionnaire for use as our research tool. In this study, we examined older elementary school students in New Taipei City. We divided the percentages of the number of schools in each school district based on the nine administrative areas of New Taipei City. We randomly selected 24 classes from 12 schools to administer the questionnaire, recovering 586 valid samples for a recovery rate of 91.7%. We analyzed this data using the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, the independent samples t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, and multiple-choice analysis to investigate the relationships among the research variables. Our results were as follows: 1.Regarding older elementary school students’ willingness to participate in art gallery educational and promotional strategies, the basic educational activities dimension was the highest, followed by service to the community. Assisting schools was the lowest. 2.In the basic educational activities dimension, regarding older elementary school students’ willingness to participate, spatial planning was the highest, followed by activity planning. Information planning was the lowest. 3.Regarding the degree of attraction art gallery educational and promotional strategies held for older elementary school students, game-like adventure education activities were the highest, followed by interactive multimedia devices, integrated learning software and “family maps,” and assisted learning activities. Expert speakers were the lowest. 4.The student characteristics associated with a high willingness to participate in art gallery educational and promotional activities were female gender, a fifth grade study level, previous study of the arts, a higher visit frequency, and residing in the Banqiao area. 5.Operational creative activities were better able to provide students with deeper learning experiences.
