視覺藝術課程影響國中生自我概念之行動研究 --以「我的個性自畫像」單元為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討視覺藝術課程對國中生自我概念的影響,以自編教案「我的個性自畫像」單元系列課程的實施為研究主軸,透過教師行動研究,採質性研究輔以量化統計之研究方法。以研究者自編之「國中生自我概念前後測問卷」、「國中生自我概念語句完成測驗」、「國中生自我概念訪談大綱」及「國中生自畫像作品分析表」為研究工具,分別進行問卷調查、語句完成測驗、個別訪談及自畫像作品分析,以瞭解本課程設計對國中生自我概念的影響情形。 歸納本研究之結論如下: 一、「我的個性自畫像」單元課程對學生之生理自我概念有顯著提升。 二、「我的個性自畫像」單元課程對學生之學業、情緒、家庭、學校及能力自我概念在量化測驗中的影響未達顯著,但於質性的研究結果當中仍可歸納出變化與增進。 三、自畫像主題類型表現出與自我概念各面向之對應關係。 四、國中視覺藝術教育在學生自我概念建立上可以發揮的功能。 五、家庭因素對國中生心理成長與行為養成的影響力舉足輕重。 六、大眾媒體的傳播效應與正確價值觀的引導。 本研究提出之建議如下: 一、自我概念可以更多元、更深入地融入藝術與人文課程。 二、對生活感受的敏銳度、創意思考與想像力的啟動應是藝文教育的重點。 三、廣開「藝術教育治療」學分的修習或相關研習課程。

The aim of the research is to explore how Visual Arts Program influences Junior High School Students’ concepts about themselves. In the research, I use the teaching plan “Self-Portrait of My Personality” designed by myself as the axis and the action research of the teacher together with the research of characteristics and statistics as the methods. Besides, I use the questionnaires “Tests on Junior High School Students’ Concepts about Themselves- before and after the Class”, ” Test on How Junior High School Students Describe Themselves with Simple Sentences”,“Questionnaire on Junior High School Students’ Concepts about Themselves” and “Analysis on Junior High School Students’ Works of Their Self- Portraits” as the tools of the research. The conclusions of the research are briefly described as below: 1.The program “Self-Portrait of My Personality” has obviously promoted students’ physical concepts about themselves. 2.The program “Self-Portrait of My Personality” has no obvious influence on students’ academy, emotion, family life, school life and ability. But in the analysis of characteristics, we can still see the changes and improvement. 3.The types of self-portrait show the correspondence of different aspects of self-concepts. 4.Visual Art Program can have influence on the formation of students’ self- concepts. 5.Family is the key factor of junior high school students’ psychological growth and behavior formation. 6.Mass media has severe influence on students’ value judgment and we should give students the proper guide on value judgment. Below are my suggestions through the research: 1.We can include more about self-concepts in the Art and Human program. 2.Sensitivity to the feeling of life, creative thinking and the activation of imagination should be the key points of Art and Human program. 3.Teachers should be offered with more training or courses of art education therapy.
