國民中學管樂團團隊效能之研究

A Study of the Team Effectiveness of the Junior High Bands

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解目前國民中學管樂團之團隊效能表現現況,以及探究背景變項與個人參與團隊情形在團隊效能之差異程度為何。研究採用問卷調查法,探討學校社團、學校管樂團與團隊效能之相關文獻之後,以國民中學為研究場域,使用研究者改編自製的「國民中學管樂團團隊效能調查問卷」為研究工具,以參加99學年度全國學生音樂比賽北區之國民中學管樂團學生為研究對象進行分層抽樣調查。研究樣本取自9個國民中學管樂團共470名學生,以「背景變項」、「個人參與團隊情形」為影響因素,使用SPSS for Windows軟體處理問卷資料,將調查所得資料分別以描述敘述統計、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數(ANOVA)分析等統計方法,進行研究結果的分析與討論。 本研究經由回收資料統計驗證後獲致以下結論:1. 國民中學管樂團團隊效能的整體表現屬於中高程度;2. 不同學校所在地區的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;3. 不同樂團歷史的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;4. 不同樂團人數的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;5. 不同指揮性別的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;6. 不同指揮與學校老師領導風格的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;7. 不同年級的國民中學管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異;8. 不同團隊類型的國民中學管樂團在團隊效能上有顯著差異;9. 不同加入樂團時間的國民中學管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異;10. 不同加入樂團主要原因的國民中學管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異;11. 不同參加全國音樂比賽次數的國民中學管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異;12. 國小有無參加管樂團經驗的國民中學管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異;13. 有無學習其他樂器經驗的國民中學管樂團學生在「學生學習」、「家長參與」向度有顯著差異;14. 未來有無報考音樂科班意願的管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異15. 每日自我練習時間不同的管樂團學生在團隊效能上有顯著差異。 茲根據以上結論,提出以下幾點建議供教育相關單位及學校參考:1. 鼓勵學校發展管樂社團,並訂定完整獎勵補助制度;2. 將學生參與管樂團的比賽成績或演出活動,作為將來升學之參考依據;3. 設置社區管樂社團,讓各級學校學生及愛樂者能共同參與;4. 透過校際交流、比賽活動提升團隊凝聚力。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the team effectiveness of the junior high bands and explore how different backgrounds of people and teams affect the team effec-tiveness. This research was based on the questionnaire method to engage in the exploration. After reviewing the related literature of extracurricular activities, school bands and team effectiveness, the researcher generated the research tools ”The Team Effectiveness of Jun-ior High Bands Overview Questionnaire,” then used a variety of layers of random test pat-terns to select sample population form junior high bands’ students who taking part in the music competition of Taiwan (2011). Questionnaire data was received from 470 students in 9 junior high bands, the factors taken into account consist of personal background and the situation of participation in band. Statistical analysis methods were used to process questionnaire data and applied to research data include descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). After the verification for the received data statistics, has come to the conclusion as the followings: 1) Overall, the situation of team effectiveness has quite well. 2) The bands in different areas have different conditions of team effectiveness. 3) The bands with different history have different conditions of team effectiveness. 4) The bands with different number of members have different conditions of team effectiveness. 5) The bands with different genders of conductor have different conditions of team effectiveness. 6) The conductors with different styles of leadership have different conditions of team effectiveness. 7) Dif-ferent grades of students have different conditions of team effectiveness. 8) The bands with different prize have different conditions of team effectiveness. 9) The members who joined bands in different times have different conditions of team effectiveness. 10) The members with different main reasons to join bands have different conditions of team effectiveness. 11) The members with different times to take part in the music competition have different conditions of team effectiveness. 12) The members who had participated in the elementary school band or not have different conditions of team effectiveness. 13) The members who have learned other instruments or not have different conditions of team effectiveness. 14) The members who have aspirations to major in music or not have different conditions of team effectiveness. 15) The members with different practice hours a day have different conditions of team effectiveness. Based on those conclusions stated above, has raised the following recommendations as the reference for educational administrative authorities: 1) There is a need to encourage schools to develop bands, and formulate a well reward and financial subsidy system. 2) There is a need to take the achievement of participating in band as a certificate of admis-sions. 3) There is a need to establish community bands to everyone. 4) There is a need to promote team cohesiveness of bands though inter-school exchanges and competitions.
