本研究以人力資本及社會資本為構面,探討女性新生創業家對創業成功之影響因素。運用美國創業家PSED資料庫為實證樣本,研究對象為新生創業家中女性的部分。本研究主要目的在藉由組織活動的突現,來說明創業活動如何被建立以及如何展開,為何創業可以成功。藉由實證之結果說明女性新生創業家創業成功之原因,並且說明PSED資料庫之意義,與實務上之幫助。 研究結果發現人力資本對女性新生創業家成功影響因素有管理經驗,而創業起始經驗則只對女性新生創業家創業成功之收益有顯著影響,而社會資本對女性新生創業家創業成功有顯著影響的為「支持鼓勵」。人力資本的控制變項對女性新生創業家創業成功有顯著影響的是「年齡」,而「收入」只對女性新生創業家創業成功之收益有顯著影響。社會資本的控制變項對女性新生創業家創業成功有顯著影響的是「年齡」,而「婚姻」只對女性新生創業家創業成功之「生產活動」有顯著影響。
This research based on social capital and human capital discusses that the factors influence on newly female nascent entrepreneur s’ success. Applying the data of PSED as empirical samples, the object of the study is the newly female nascent entrepreneur s. The purpose of the study is to illustrate how to establish and initiate the enterprise activities and why the businesses can be work out by the presentations of organizations’ activities. The author uses the empirical results to demonstrate the successful factors of newly female nascent entrepreneurs on their businesses and to illustrate the meaning and practical assistance of the data of PSED. The results of this study show that regarding to the successful factors of female nascent entrepreneurs, human capitals affect their controlling experiences; the initial experiences of businesses remarkably influence their revenue; the social capitals become influences of support and encourage. The controlling variant of human capitals is remarkably female nascent entrepreneurs’ age. The income only affects the revenue of female nascent entrepreneurs’ success. The controlling variant of social capitals is remarkably female nascent entrepreneurs’ age. The marriage only affects the productivity of female nascent entrepreneurs’ success.
