中文摘要 本研究乃採個案研究法,探討電子化供應鏈與通路整合所產生的實質效益,除了綜整訪談結果外,並對該公司所有主管發放問卷,做歸納性的整理。結果顯示本研究模式亦與Johnson&Wood(1996)所提出的供應鏈管理相符合,讓整體通路更有效率也更順暢。經由電子化供應鏈與通路的整合所產生的效益,確實解決了以往傳統產業所面臨的問題,使管理控制更有效率,降低人事成本,生產自動化,上下游供應鏈緊密的結合,真正達到接單後生產(BTO -Build to Order)與零庫存(JIT-Just in Time)。此一結果可做為未來傳統產業提升競爭力之參考使用。 而問卷方面,經由迴歸分析顯示出降低成本最好的方法就是減少時間浪費與提高客戶服務。時間方面,該公司也有效縮短採購物料、訂單前置、生產規劃、運送貨物、客戶抱怨時間。而在客戶服務方面,該公司也能快速回應顧客需求,使客戶的滿意度提高,增加客戶的方便性與滿足客戶需求比率,進而強化與客戶之間的關係,提升競爭力。 關鍵字:電子化供應鏈、通路、傳統產業
Abstract This research is based on the case study to find out the actual benefit after the integration of supply e-management and distribution. I not only make the conclusion of the interview, but also issue questionnaires to all the managers in the company to do an inductive research. The result shows that my research model corresponds to Johnson and Wood’s view point on supply chain management in 1996, which can make the distribution more efficient and affluent. The benefit after the integration of supply e-management and distribution can solve the problems traditional industries faced in the past indeed. It makes the management control more effective, reduces the cost of payload, automates producing, and integrates upstream and downstream supply chain closely. It really achieves the goal of BTO and JIT. The conclusion can be a reference for traditional industries to increase their competitive advantages in the future. In questionnaire’s aspect, the best ways to decrease the cost are to reduce the waste of time and to raise customer services according to regression analysis. In time’s aspect, the company has diminished the time of material-buying, order-leading, goods-transportation and customer-complaining efficiently. In customer service’s aspect, the company also can reply customer demand fast to enhance the customer satisfaction and accelerate the convenience for customers to meet the rate of the customer demand.
