邁入二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代,現今,『創新』的議題持續發燒,處在這一波創造力教育改革浪潮中,教師時時刻刻被賦予激發、培植學生創造力的使命。故本研究主要在探討教師人格特質與工作壓力對創造力之間的相關性和工作壓力在人格特質影響創造力的過程中所產生的中介效果;另外還探討創造力工作環境因素對上述三者間的節制效果。 本研究經由文獻探討及嚴格的統計分析,編製出具有良好信度與效度之『教師人格特質量表』、『工作壓力量表』、『創造力量表』與『創造力工作環境量表』,並以台南縣國民小學的教師為施測對象,採取隨機抽樣方式發出250份問卷,共計回收有效問卷201份,有效回收率為80%,並應用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析、層級迴歸分析等統計方法驗證本研究之假設,根據統計分析結果歸納出研究結論如下:1.教師人格特質、工作壓力與創造力三者間有顯著正向關係,且能產生顯著正向影響;2.工作壓力在人格特質影響教師創造力之過程中會有部分的中介效果;3.教師人格特質會因創造力工作環境因素之節制干擾效果對工作壓力中的同事關係產生顯著影響;4.工作壓力會因創造力工作環境因素之節制干擾效果對創造力中產生顯著正向影響。最後就本研究之結論與管理意涵作深入探討,並呈現具體之研究貢獻與實務建議,以供學術界與企業界參酌。
21st century was the era of knowledge-based economy. Currently, the topic of “innovation” was becoming even more popular. Standing in the tide of creativity revolution of education, as the first-line clerk in the educational spot, the teachers should keep an eye on their mission of inspire and develop the creativity of students at all times. The research purpose focus on the relationships among teacher’s personality trait , work stress and creativity and the mediating effect of work stress on “ the relationship between personality traid and creativity”. Besides, the moderator effect of creativity work environment was discussed. Through literature research and exact statistical analysis, this research presented “inventory of teacher’s personality”, “inventory of work stress”, “inventory of creativity” and “inventory of working environment for creativity” with sound validity and reliability. The subjects of this research were teachers from elementary schools in Tainan County, 250 portions of questionnaires were delivered by random sampling, and 201 portions of valid questionnaires recycled with a recycle rate of 80%. This research also applied descriptive statistics, independent T-test, ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. According to the statistical results, this research concluded: 1. There were significantly positive relationships among personality of teacher, work stress and creativity, and they could significantly impact each other positively. 2. The impact of work stress on personality would have partially moderate effect during the processing of creativity. 3. The personality of teacher would have significantly impact on the colleague relationships under work stress out of the moderate effect resulted from factors of working environment for creativity. 4. The working pressure would have significantly positive influence on creativity out of the moderate effect resulted from the factors of working environment for creativity. At the last part, this research conducted discussion on conclusions and managerial implication, and presented concrete research contributions and practical recommendations as reference for academic field and practitioners.
