本研究樣本以三種不同組織型態之中小企業為主,再以中小企業協會名冊隨機抽樣,其主要以從業員工為施測對象,共發放700份,有效回收問卷為447份,有效回收率63.86%。 研究結果發現中小企業在(1)決策模式、轉換型領導程度及員工工作滿意度三者之間皆成顯著正相關(2)以決策模式、轉換型領導程度為依變項,員工工作滿意度為自變項,其迴歸分析方程式對員工工作滿意度皆有極為顯著的預測力(3)不同中小企業型態在決策模式、轉換型領導程度及員工工作滿意度皆有顯著差異; 其中在轉換型領導程度及決策模式上,股份有限公司優於有限公司及獨資企業; 在員工工作滿意度方面, 則以股份有限公司最佳,其次為獨資企業、有限公司; 其平均值顯示股份有限公司制度可能較完善,因此其員工工作滿意度也較高。透過本研究結果,藉以提供國內中小企業經營者在魅力領導上需力求合理性及加強智力啟發,並採決策參與之決策模式,俾有助於提升員工工作滿意度進而提高生產力,創造優異的業績。
For the study a random sample 700 employees from the Small and Medium Enterprise (SMES) Association Name List was selected. Of all the questionnaires that were handed out 447 were valid, with the efficacy of 63.86%. The study results show that (1) there exists a direct proportionality among the decision-making model, the extent of transformational leadership, and the employee job satisfaction, (2) if the decision-making model and the extent of transformational leadership are dependent variables, and the employee job satisfaction is the independent variable, the regressive analysis formula has an outstanding predictability towards employee job satisfaction, (3) the different forms of medium and small enterprises use distinct approaches to decision-making, all leadership, and employee job satisfaction. The mean result of the study indicates that limited liability companies usually have a complete set of rules and regulations in place, thus assuring high employee job satisfaction. Through the study results, we intend to assist managers of domestic medium and small enterprises with improving their leadership. In addition, we intend to employ the participation decision-making model, which will be beneficial to improving employee job satisfaction, enhancing productivity, and achieving outstanding sales levels.
