合作學習融入國小中年級視覺藝術教學之行動研究:以生涯發展為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討合作學習運用在視覺藝術課程中融合生涯發展議題,對於國小中年級學生的生涯覺知是否有影響。本研究採行動研究法進行,以研究者任教之29位學生為研究對象,包含問卷與回饋單的質性資料蒐集進行八週至十週以「生涯發展」為主題之行動研究,其研究目的如下: 一、 探討合作學習的意義與內涵。 二、 建立生涯發展為議題之合作學習藝術教學課程。 三、 探討生涯發展為議題之合作學習藝術教學課程中對於學生生涯覺察的反應與影響。 本研究以「生涯發展」為核心主題,融入「自我覺察」、「家庭關係」、「美學感知」、「未來樣貌」和「作品呈現」五個向度,進行藝術教學課程的設計,並實施教學,期待學生能透過合作的過程了解自己、肯定自己,進而提早思考未來人生的方向。 本研究透過教學實錄、學生學習單、單元回饋單、觀察紀錄表、議課紀錄表與教學前後的半結構式問卷進行質性資料的分析,所獲致的結論如下: 一、 合作學習是深具學習效果的教學方式,能增加學習動機,藉由互相學習與溝通的過程,發展出社會合作能力。 二、 建立出生涯發展為議題之合作學習藝術教學課程。 三、 學生對合作學習法和藝術課程融入生涯發展議題有正面的想法,生涯發展為議題之合作學習藝術教學課程對學生生涯覺察具影響力。 最後,研究者也提出具體的建議給日後研究者當作參考,期望能對日後有興趣投入此教學領域的教師及未來研究者有些許助益。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of applying cooperative learning and integrating career development into visual arts courses on the career awareness of elementary school third and fourth graders. This study adopts an action research approach on 29 students who served as research participants. Questionnaires were distributed to collect qualitative data of the 8 to 10 weeks of courses during which students participated in. The objectives are as follows: 1. Explore the significance of cooperative learning. 2. Build a cooperative art education program that focuses on career development. 3. Explore the effect of a career development-focused cooperative art education program on the career awareness of students. This study focuses on career development, incorporating self-awareness, family relations, aesthetic perception, future career prospects and artwork presentation to design an art education program that helps students in getting to know themselves, boosting self-confidence and start thinking about mapping out their career paths. This study uses lecture capture, worksheets, course feedback forms, classroom observation forms, observation debriefing forms and semi-structured questionnaires to perform qualitative data analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. Cooperative learning is a teaching methodology that has a profound effect on learning; it increases student motivation and engagement, social skills and communicative skills. 2. Successfully build a cooperative art education program that focuses on career development. 3. Students developed a positive attitude towards using a cooperative learning approach in a career development-focused art course. The study gives specific advice for future reference in hopes of helping teachers and researchers who are interested in this field.
