運用弟子規教學實施品德教育之行動研究- 以「責任」核心價值為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究採行動研究法,探究以弟子規應用於國小中年級學生之「責任」品德教育課程的實施歷程和實施成效。研究者以任教學校之20位三年級學生為研究對象,研究期間為民國106年3月至6月,共進行十一週的行動研究。本研究以品德核心價值「責任」為主題,運用弟子規教學實施品德教育,研究者透過教學實錄、省思札記、觀察記錄、學生學習單、回饋單、訪談等方式蒐集資料,結合研究問題,獲致結論如下: 一、結合弟子規教學實施「責任」核心價值之品德教育課程具可行性。 二、弟子規內容包含多項品德核心價值(如:感恩、孝悌、禮節…等)之教材。 三、運用弟子規教學實施品德教學,有助於師生互動,提升班級良善學習環境。 四、本行動研究之歷程使研究者的課程設計能力、教學觀察能力與專業知能獲得成長。 針對研究結果,研究者提出建議如下: 一、弟子規實施品德教育課程確實有其可行性,除了「責任」之外,其內容亦包涵感恩、孝悌、禮貌…等品德核心價值,可設計規劃相關核心價值之教學課程,讓弟子規品德教育繼續落實。 二、「責任」品德教育教學宜落實在學生的學習及日常生活中,從生活小細節中展現教師的身教,結合家長的支持與配合,落實品德教育即生活教育,有助學生的品德涵養,進而表現出合宜、良善的好行為。 三、教師設計學習單內容應有趣、多元,配合延申故事及主題繪本教學,提供學生實踐活動及生活體驗的機會,可增加學生對課程的喜愛及提升實施成效。 關鍵字:弟子規、品德教育、責任

Abstract The research is an action research, and it mainly concentrates on how “Di Zi Gui” is applied on the value- “responsibility” of the third graders in the primary school, what the curriculm implementation is, and what its effects are. The researcher chooses 20 third graders in the research. The period is from March to June in 2017, and it takes eleven weeks. The research focuses on “responsibility”, one of the core values. The researcher teaches responsibility in accordance with Di Zi Gui to the students and collects the data from classroom videotaping, teaching reflction notes, classroom observations, students’ worksheets, feedbacks and interviews. Through the compilation and analysis of the data, the conclusions are as follows: I. Teaching the core value, responsibility with Di Zi Gui is feasible. II. Di Zi Gui is rich in many core values, such as gratitude, filial piety, good manners and so on. III. Applying Di Zi Gui in teaching core values helps the good interactions between teachers and students and forms a better learning atmosphere. IV. The researcher is making a lot of progress in teaching planning, classroom observation and profession knowledge from doing this action research. Finally, according to the results, suggestions are made as follows: I. It’s indeed feasible to teach the core values with Di Zi Gui. Besides responsibility, teachers can plan other core values in order that they can be carried out II. Teaching core values should be rooted deeply in students’ school and daily life. Teachers should act as a modal. Parents can support teachers and cooperate with them. In this way, all the factors can help the stuents to have moderate and goodwill behaviors. III. Teachers should plan interesting and multiple worksheets in accordance with extented stories and picture books, providing the students to learn by doing in daily life. In this way, it gains the students’ favors and benefits the effects of implementation. Key Words: Di Zi Gui, Core value education, responsibility
