面對全球化巿場的激烈競爭,技術的快速改變使得產品的生命週期縮短,新產品與新技術的研發工作更顯重要,如何結合技術研發人員的創意與既有技術,在最短的時間內獲得技術的創新與研發出有競爭力的製程技術以對應產品的生產品質與日益競爭的低成本競爭需求,是各企業致勝的關鍵。在全面品管技術領域中有不少管理手法如方針管理、品管圈活動、PDCA管理循環等已被廣泛的擴展應用至經營管理、產品開發、品質提升、成本改善等領域,且在不少參考書籍與文獻上可以看到它的應用效益。因此,本研究採用「個案研究法」,以某汽車製造廠商為案例,探討結合方針管理與品管圈活動運作模式,應用於該公司之製程技術創新開發,建立車門組裝製程品質檢測技術之過程與結果、結合模式成功因素等。本研究結果顯示:運用方針管理、品管圈活動與PDCA管理循環方法之結合,可以協助技術研發與管理者確實推動與建立製程技術之創新開發。
Facing steep competition in the global market, the product of the life cycle is drastically decreased as technologies change much faster. It is a key factor for a successful company to present new products and technologies that combining R & D staff’s ideas and techniques to obtain technical innovation and process technologies in order to satisfy product quality and cost in the shortest time to market. Many of research and studies on Policy Deployment, QCC, PDCA, have been applied to business management, product development, quality improvement, and cost reduction. It is approved for R & D staff and managers to solve technical and innovative problems and greatly reduce R & D expense by applying the methods of Policy Deployment, QCC, and PDCA. A case study is conducted in this study for an automobile manufacturing company, to develop a model in combining Policy Deployment, QCC, and PDCA for process technologies, innovation and development, to construct a quality inspection, process and results, and factors for success. It has shown a significant impact on R & D managers who can implement and construct innovative development for process technologies.
