應用Kano模式於品管圈活動之診斷 -以R公司品管圈活動為例

摘要


本研究應用Kano模式做為品管圈活動之診斷方法如活動需求、架構與計畫等,此診斷模式在過往的文獻中較為少見。Kano模式有別於一維品質模式,採取二維品質模式,依據這兩個維度的交互作用,更能鑑別顧客端需求層次之差異。本研究利用此特點於品管圈活動診斷中,用於鑑別品管圈活動參與者之需求層次差異,協助推行者擬定更適宜之推行方法,增進先期管理之績效。   本研究於個案公司的三個廠區:台灣廠、大陸廠、越南廠進行跨國性的研究,以驗證此診斷方法之可行性。透過實例的研究,確認出各廠區三十項品質屬性於四大品質要素之分佈情形,並獲得有關之診斷績效,包含有:此診斷方法的運用有助於品管圈活動之先期管理、診斷結果利於推行單位之資源投入順序考量、可結合產品生命週期之概念進行管理策略展開等。

This study is to apply Kano model as a diagnostic method for QCC activities, such as requirement formulating, structuring, and planning. This application in diagnosing is seldom studied in the prior research judged by the available literature. Different from the one-dimensional quality model, the Kano model takes two-dimensional quality factors along with the interaction of these two dimensions, to better identify the different stages of customer demands. This feature, often used in the development and design of products or services in earlier research, is extended to the QCC activity diagnosis in this study.   This study tested the method in the case plants across three countries: Taiwan, China, and Vietnam to verify the feasibility of this diagnostic method. Based on the analysis of the cases studied, we identified the distinct distribution of quality attributes of each plant in four quality factors, and accomplished the desirable diagnostic performance. These include the use of diagnostic method to help the early QCC management, the diagnosis results facilitating the priority for installing the resources from the impetus team, and in combination with the concept of product life cycle management strategies, the expansion of the intangible effects in QCC activities.
