學生輔導諮商中心心理師與個案家長合作經驗之探究

Research on the Experiences of Collaboration Between Psychologists and Parents in Student Counseling Center

摘要


本研究透過輔諮中心心理師和其個案家長之共同敘說經驗,瞭解雙方在學校輔導工作之合作經驗。本研究採立意取樣方式進行取樣,邀請三組輔諮中心諮商心理師及其合作家長進行訪談。訪談形式分為一次共同訪談及一次個別訪談。所得資料則採Labov所提出之敘事結構方法進行分析,最終所得研究發現如下: 壹、學生輔導中心心理師與家長建立合作之經驗 心理師能成功與受輔學生建立關係並安撫其情緒或穩定行為議題時,能降低家長之焦慮感,並認同、信任心理師之介入,進而發展合作關係。透過心理師接納、不指責的態度,則強化雙方的合作關係,促使家長能調整親子互動模式及教養態度。心理師整合生態系統之合作後逐漸退場,提供後續追蹤、轉銜或其他形式之服務。 貳、雙方合作過程中所出現的困境與因應模式 雙方之合作容易受到學校系統及文化背景因素所影響。因此心理師需要評估整體生態系統之需求與狀態,並扮演如「訊息轉換器」之角色整合不同系統間之運行,促進整體生態系統能目標一致且有效運行,以提供受輔學生合適之成長環境。 參、影響雙方增進合作關係的成功因子及導致無效合作之阻礙因子 成功因子包含:心理師提供支持與同理,並成為家長及孩子的情緒支持系統、心理師願意接納孩子的行為問題,並能成功與孩子建立良好關係、以不指責的態度提供立即性的建議與協助、諮商介入有效改善或減緩孩子的行為問題、學校端對心理師的信任與支持;阻礙因子包含:家長對於輔諮中心資源及心理師角色之不熟悉、難以與學校形成工作共識與合作模式、文化背景與產業型態對於合作之影響。 綜合以上研究發現,研究者提出相關研究建議,提供未來研究者、學校輔導人員及家長等作為參考。

The purpose of the study is to understand the school counseling experiences between the psychologists and the client’s parents in the student counseling center through the way of narrative talking. The study is adopted purposive sampling, inviting three pairs of psychologists and parents to conduct interview in the student counseling center. The form of the interview is each pair of psychologist and parent having a group interview and an individual interview. The information is analyzed by the narrative structure which is raised by Labov. The followings are the findings of the study: 1.Building collaborative experiences between the psychologist and client’s parents:When the psychologist builds a successful relationship with the student and conform or stable the behavior of the student, the parents may agree, have less anxiety and have faith in the psychologist. Moreover, the psychologist builds collaborative relationship with the parents. The gentle and nonjudgmental attitude of the psychologist not only strengthens the collaborative relationship between the psychologist and parent but also motivates parents to adjust the way to interact with kids and the attitude of parents teaching. When the psychologist is going to finish the system cooperation, the psychologist will support follow-up, transition, or other type of service. 2.The plight and solution of the collaborative relationship: The collaborative relationship is easily affected by the school system and the culture. In order to support the student having a suitable environment to grow up, the psychologist should evaluate the needs and situation of the whole system, and play the role of “messenger” between different system. Moreover, it motivates the whole system to have same objective and work efficiently. 3.The successful and unsuccessful factors between the collaborative relationship: The followings are the successful factors. The psychologist provides support and sympathy and become the support system of the parents and kids. The psychologist is willing to accept the problem behavior of the kids and builds successful relationship with kids. The psychologist gives immediate advice and support with a nonjudgmental attitude. The effect counseling corrects and reduces the problem behavior of kids. The followings are the unsuccessful factors. The parents are unfamiliar with the resource and the role of psychologist in the student counseling center. It’s hard to strike a balance and set up cooperative model with school. The influence of culture background and industrial style. Based on the above findings, the researcher proposed the suggestion for future related research, school counseling members, and parents as a reference.
