高科技產業員工的工作滿意、工作壓力 與個人健康關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship among Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Personal Health of High Tech Employees

摘要


高科技產業的急迫性與不確定性,對於從業人員的工作滿意、工作壓力及生理與心理的健康層面之影響,為一值得深入探討之主題。 本研究旨在了解科技公司員工群的工作滿意、工作壓力與個人健康的現況及相關情形,並比較不同背景變項的員工之差異情形。期望能透過本研究結果,對科技產業員工的工作滿意度與相關因素有一概略的理解,以做為人力資源管理因應策略規劃的重要參考,進而有助於提高員工的績效表現。 本研究係以高科技產業的員工為研究對象,以「工作滿意、工作壓力及個人健康」問卷針對電子及半導體生產用機械設備製造業公司之現職202位員工收集資料,並以SPSS18.0來進行描述統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Pearson相關分析來驗證各構面間的關係。 研究結論如下:不同「年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、子女狀況、工作職級、工作類型、公司別」之高科技產業員工「工作滿意」感受有顯著差異;不同「教育程度、婚姻狀況、子女狀況、公司別」之高科技產業員工「工作壓力」感受有顯著差異;不同「不同「性別、教育程度、婚姻狀況、工作職級、工作類型、公司別」之高科技產業員工「健康狀態」感受在整體及各層面有顯著差異。高科技產業員工之「工作壓力」與其「工作滿意」有顯著相關;高科技產業員工之「健康狀態」與其「工作壓力」有顯著相關;高科技產業員工之「健康狀態」與其「工作滿意」有顯著相關。並提出針對改善工作壓力、工作滿意及員工健康的人力資源管理策略及後續研究的具體建議。 關鍵字:高科技產業、工作滿意、工作壓力、個人健康

The urgency and uncertainty of HighTech industries make their employees might facing various problems in terms of job satisfaction, job stress as well as personal health. The purposes of the research is to investigate the current status and correlation of job satisfaction factors, job stress factors and personal health factors of HighTech employees. The subjects of this research were 202 employees from company A and other companies within same business. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient via by SPSS 18.0 for windows. The statistics results are as follows: (a) There was significant difference between age, gender, marriage status, job position, job category and different companies in perceptions of job satisfaction. (b) There was significant difference between education level, marriage status, number of children and different companies in perceptions of. job stress (c) There was significant difference between families, job position and different companies in perceptions of personal health. (d) HighTech employees’ perceptions of job satisfaction was significantly correlated with perceptions of job stress. (e) HighTech employees’ perceptions of job satisfaction was significantly correlated with perceptions of personal health. (f) HighTech employees’ perceptions of personal health was significantly correlated with perceptions of job stress. Finally, the author discussed the findings, and provided suggestions for human resource management strategies regarding improvement in job satisfaction, job stress and health of employees.
