顧問服務業組織學習策略之個案研究

摘要


現今的知識經濟時代,知識已然成為最重要的生產要素;瞬息萬變的市場環境中,今日尚存的組織,或許明日已不復見。然組織學習就是提升組織知識與分享交流能力,以便利用知識採取行動,鞏固企業之核心價值。因此,企業組織必須有效率的學習,以求經營模式能夠隨著狀況迅速應變,並培養解決問題的能力,進而提升企業的市場競爭力。 顧問服務業為「知識經濟」時代最具代表的指標性產業。本研究透過個案研究方法,以顧問服務業為例,就顧問服務業的發展與成功關鍵因素等項目進行討論,探究顧問服務業的個案企業如何建構組織學習策略,進行知識加值及創造高附加效益價值,藉此建立合宜的經營模式,奠定企業生存的利基點。 在知識經濟時代的洪流下,因應環境趨勢動態與變革,企業可導入組織學習策略,透過組織學習的創新,產生更高價值的知識,在市場上保持領先之地位,以達成企業轉型優勢,為企業創造最大價值,發揮最大綜效。

In the current knowledge-based economy, knowledge itself has become a commodity. In a constantly-changing marketplace, organizations that exist today may not even be there tomorrow. The study of an organizational learning raises and shares that knowledge in order to effect change and stabilize the core value of a commercial enterprise. Therefore, commercial organizations need to study effectively so that their operating systems can be flexible in response to the environment. They need to develop the ability to problem-solve to raise their competitiveness in the market. In the era of ‘economic knowledge’ the consulting services industry is the most specific example of a marker industry. This study discusses individual case studies from the consulting services industry to show development and key factors for success. The Case study explores how the consulting services industry establish policies for organizational learning to increase value and create added value, thus creating a stable base for appropriate operation models. In the knowledge-based economy, enterprises need to implement a policy of organizational learning to stay afloat in the flood of trends and changes in the business environment. Through this they can create and produce more high value knowledge to maintain their market position, and change with market trends to create best value and greater overall efficiency.
