FDS5.2細水霧滅火模式校驗與研究

摘要


在國內的重大建設中,核能電廠本身的安全性最為重要。電纜是核能電廠最主要的火災可燃物,其燃燒特性是火災危害評估的重要參數。水系統滅火設備因有滅火效果佳、無殘留物、適用於各類火災,又以細水霧對核電廠電纜托架的深層火災效果最佳。 本文模擬使用NIST之場模式的FDS模擬軟體。本論文研究可分為三部份,1.引用國外文獻的細水霧(Water mist)實驗數據與數值分析比對,還針對其模型做靈敏度分析,驗證細水霧的滅火機制原理,從結果可以驗證其原理。2.利用圓錐量熱儀電纜實驗數據,數值模擬電纜燃燒的情況,從結果可發現FDS5.2可以模擬電纜悶燒情形,以及熱釋放率與實驗的趨勢符合,但二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氧氣等濃度的比例不正確,初步認定FDS無法模擬氯化氫燃燒情況,這些論點吾人引用一篇燃燒PMMA的實驗數據,模擬比較驗證可以發現上敘的無法模擬氯化氫燃燒情況是正確。3. 細水霧於全尺寸火災之滅火性能測試與模擬分析,並探討火場之溫度變化與滅火時間,其分析的結果得到火勢的燃燒速率過快,形成剛開始熱釋放率就到達最高點,與實驗的數據比較有差異。 In the major construction in Taiwan, the safety of nuclear power plant is the most important. However, cable is the most possible combustible materials in a nuclear power plant and its combustion characteristic is the important parameter in the assessment of fire hazard. With the strong points of better effect and no residue, the water system fire-extinction equipments have been applied to various fires. Among the equipments, the water mist has best effect on the deep-seated fire of cable tray in nuclear power plant. This research used the simulation software of FDS of NIST site model. It could be divided into three parts: 1) Analyzed and compared the experimental data and value of water mist in foreign literature and gave analysis of the sensitivity of model to verify the fire-extinction mechanism and principles of water mist. We can also verify the principles from the results; 2) Used the cable experimental data and value of cone colorimeter to simulate the environment of cable combustion. From the results, we could find that FDS5.2 was able to simulate the smoldering of cable and its heat release rate met the trend of experiment, but its concentration ratios of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, oxygen were not correct. The preliminary determination is that FDS cannot simulate the combustion of hydrogen chloride. For this argument, we cited an experimental data of PMMA combustion to simulate, compare and verify, the results support it, that is , FDS could not simulate the combustion of hydrogen chloride; 3) Tested, simulated and analyzed the fire-extinction function of water mist in full-size fire. We also explored the changes of temperature in the scene of fire and the time for fire-extinction. The results found that fire burning was too fast that as soon as it began to release heat, the temperature reached its highest point that was different from the experimental data.
