台灣與大陸企業員工工作價值觀之比較研究–以A記憶體模組公司為例

摘要


在海峽兩岸經歷逾半世紀的分隔與分治後,由於中國大陸低廉的土地、勞工成本及市場,以及同為華人並有著相同的語言及文化下,台商赴大陸投資經營的風潮,已為一種不可阻擋的趨勢。但隨著台商投資比例的增加,部份台商卻因缺乏相關知識而導致投資失敗的例子時有所聞,使得後進台商逐漸意識到兩岸同源文化的差異。 因此,本研究針對台灣與大陸企業員工工作價值觀之比較進行深入探討。透過一高科技個案公司為研究對象,瞭解兩岸員工在不同的市場經濟體制與生活方式下,對工作價值觀的可能之差異。本研究利用問卷調查方式,蒐集兩岸員工共456份有效問卷,並利用敘述統計分析、樣本獨立t檢定及羅吉斯迴歸分析來衡量兩岸員工工作價值觀,其所得之主要研究結論如下所示: 一、 大陸員工較台灣員工重視「組織安全與經濟取向」,並具顯著差異。 二、 台灣員工較大陸員工重視「休閒健康與交通取向」,並具顯著差異。 三、 兩岸員工在「自我成長取向」、「自我實現取向」、「尊嚴取向」、「社會互動取向」、「安定與免於焦慮取向」,並無顯著差異。

After both sides of the Taiwan Strait are apart for nearly half century, a trend of Taiwanese business people going to develop & invest business in China has become unavoidable due to the low cost in both labor and the land and also the advantage of having the same language and culture origin. While investment numbers are increasing, failed investment cases from lacking of knowledge and information are still heard from time to time. Which later make Taiwanese business people start to realize the differences of cross-Strait culture. Therefore, this research is taking more in-depth understanding into the comparison of the work value between Taiwanese employees and Chinese employees. The research is carried through a case of a high technology company to understand the possible work value differences brought from different economic system and the life style cross-Strait. There are total 456 valid questionnaires collected from cross-Strait employees for the research. Statistics analysis, Independent-Sample T Test, Logistic Regression are used to analysis cross-Strait employees career value. The research is concluded as bellow: Chinese employees value more in Organization Safety and Economics tendency. Taiwanese employees value more in Leisure Health and Communications tendency. Both employees value same level in Self-Development, Self-Achievement, Dignity, Social interaction and Security and Worry-free tendency.
