先進概念車撓性車體機構設計

Mechanism Design of Advanced Concept Vehicle with a Movable Mass

摘要


本研究主要在設計一種使車輛的重心能移動的機構,以達到車輛運動安全及轉彎靈活的目標。為達目標,先從力學的觀點建立車輛的物理模型,在不翻轉的安全前提下,分析車輛之運動狀況,以求得最佳重心位置,再依此設計出重心可移動的車輛,使其具有較優良的運動特性,並在轉彎時之迴轉半徑能最小化。完成設計後,在實車上進行改裝與測試。除此之外,為配合動力系統之變更,也設計裝備位置,並修改車身骨架以容納裝備,並修改輪軸,對車體之外型也有設計和製作。

Design of traditional vehicles is lack of mechanism for changing lateral mass center position. The purpose of this research is to design a mechanism which the lateral mass center position can be changed to improve the cornering behavior of the vehicle. Before design an advanced concept vehicle with movable mass center, it is necessary to do theoretical analysis to find the design parameters. After theoretical analysis was completed, a mechanism was designed and manufactured. This mechanism was put on a real all-terrain vehicle and than carry out the road test. The results of analysis and the results of experiment have very good agreement. Besides the work of mass center moving mechanism, the framework of this all-terrain vehicle was modified, and the new shape of the vehicle was created.
