以電子業管理模式為例探討企業核心價值對於管理活動之影響

摘要


台灣企業在全球製造體系中,向來著重於組裝、代工的領域,本研究旨在以電子業為例,探討企業核心價值對於管理活動的影響,並提供企業在面對管理及技術升級時,有一套實戰的手段、方法可以採用,期盼也能對其他產業在推行管理活動時有所助益。 本研究從企業整體的經營面剖析,文獻探討從學習型組織開始,透過見賢思齊的企業文化展開,從內部的組織或作業流程進行改善,以團體學習的方式來提升組織成長,主動進行流程再造。其次,以美國十八家長青型的公司為例,提供這類公司的實務上做法,以跳脫管理的迷思,持續固守企業核心價值,並兼得利潤。最後說明日式企業的人事勞務管理模式,以耐心培育的方式,製造出認同企業的優秀人才,再由這群人才固守本身的企業文化與核心價值,發揮自主管理的真義。 本研究以文獻探討為基礎設計出訪談內容,訪談對象為電子業高階主管,本身需實際參與經營決策,並以OEM/ODM方式接單為主的製造業,盼能了解企業在管理活動現行的做法及問題點,以及企業核心價值所扮演的角色。最後針對需要改進之處,提出適當的建議。 關鍵字:自主管理,企業核心價值,OEM/ODM,作業流程,學習型組織

Abstract In the global manufacturing system, Taiwan’s enterprises generally focus on OEM and assembly fields. The purposes of this thesis are taking electronic enterprises as example to approach the impacts which are caused from the core value of the enterprises to the managements, and to provide a practical method as the enterprises facing management and technology promotion. Furthermore, it is expected to be helpful for the managements of other enterprises. This research analyzes the over-all management of the enterprises and studies the references from the learning organization. By strengthening the enterprises culture, the company gets improvement of inner organization and operation process. Beside, taking 18 America long-standing companies for examples, it provides the practical management skills for Taiwan enterprises to keep the core value and gain profits. In the end, it describes the human resource management of Japanese enterprises which educate employees to strongly hold the culture and core value of the enterprises in order to approach self-management stage. The interview is based on reference researches. The interviewees are the high-level managers of electronic field in OEM/ODM business. They have to make decisions on company policy. The purposes of the interview are to understand the current operation and problems of management, and the role of core value in order to provide proper suggestions.
