低溫下能催化甲醇部分氧化反應的銅鋅催化劑

摘要


以高表面氧化鋅作為支撐物,利用沉積沉澱(precipitation deposition)法來製備高活性的銅鋅催化劑,用於催化甲醇的部分氧化反應(partial oxidation of methanol,POM)。本研究探討了催化劑製備條件(包括氧化鋅表面積,沉澱劑種類、沉澱時溶液的 pH值,以及添加氧化鈰)對催化POM的影響,希望能在低的反應溫度下,具高的甲醇轉化率(CMeOH),氫氣與二氧化碳選擇性(SH2,SCO2)。

High activity Cu/Zn catalysts were prepared by using high surface area ZnO and precipitation deposition method for the Partial oxidation of methanol (POM).In this research to study effects of preparing catalyst conditions for POM reaction (include: ZnO surface area、precipitant、solution pH and ceria), we hope to develop a low reaction temperature, high methanol conversion (CMeOH), high selectivity of hydrogen and carbon dioxide (SH2, SCO2).
