This research is based on the positive psychology perspective to explore if work-family enrichment has positive influence on flourishing and its five elements in PERMA model, and if different self-view orientations moderates the positive influence. A total of 849 valid samples among full-time employees in Taiwan were collected. The result shows that work-family enrichment has significant positive influence on flourishing and its five elements, while the self-view moderating effect is not obvious. However, groups with different combination of self-view tendencies present different correlation between work-family enrichment and flourishing.
