偏鄉國民小學運用因材網教學成功案例之研究 ─以高雄市某國小為例

摘要


本研究採用個案研究,旨在探討高雄市某偏鄉國民小學選用因材網教學的背景、動機與目的;如何以因材網在偏鄉國小教學成功之實施歷程;教師對科技教育的專業成長與省思。將分析該個案教師們如何組織團隊、取得資源,以因材網教學不到一年的時間,將原本全校近一半以上未通過學習扶助篩選測驗的人數降低為個位數;不到兩年的時間,數學在各年級的學習扶助篩選測驗未通過率幾乎降為0%、國語識字量也大幅超越全國平均值。 透過訪談紀錄、過去影像紀錄、教學省思紀錄、個案相關報導、社群成果文件等,取得質性研究資料。進行資料的分析與討論,茲將研究結論整理如下: 一、在偏鄉孩童基本學力低落之時,以因材網的智慧適性診斷提升學習成效並培養自主學習能力。 二、結合學習扶助模式:因材網提供原班級即時補救,可減少教師學習扶助的壓力;個別適性學習模式減輕學生學習壓力,提高學習興趣。 三、結合自主學習模式:以因材網建立自主學習合作小組,搭配筆記成效加倍。 四、個案教學成功關鍵:夥伴組成與社群成立、行政支持、清楚明確的家長溝通、參與計畫以取得資源、善用因材網搭配的教學模式。 五、因材網不只幫助學生,更益於教師教學專業的成長。

This case study discussed the background, motivation and purpose by using Adaptive Learning in a rural elementary school in Kaohsiung,and how to teach successfully by using Adaptive Learning in a rural elementary school, the growth in educational technology and the province for teachers.Throught analysis teachers in this case to realize how to organize teams and obtaion resources. It reduce the number of people who have not passed remedial test nearly half of the school to units digit by using Adaptive Learning in less than one year, and in less than two years,the remedial mathematics passing rate is 100% in every grades and the national language identity is greatly surpassing the national average. The strategy of teaching model and courses will be recorded through the interview with teachers, principal and students; the past teaching video records with teachers and strudents; teachers’ provincial scavenging records, correlation reports, community outcome documents, etc., to obtain qualitative research materials . Analysis and discussion of research materials, the research conclusions are as follows. 1. When children's basic academics is low, Adaptive Diagnosis System from Adaptive Learning improve and cultivate independent learning. 2. Remedial learning: Adaptive Learning provides the immediate remedy and less the pressure for teachers. Individualized Learning improve the interests and less the pressure for students in learning. 3. Self-learning: set up cooperatelly self-learning team on Adaptive Learning,doublly assisted by note. 4. Key to success: partner,society,support from administration,clearly communicate with parents,resouces got from porject and teaching model in Adaptive Learning. 5. Adaptive Learning does not only help students, but assit the professional growth of teaching.
